子供連れはお勧めしません。 普通に歩いているだけで、騒音がすると下の階の外国人観光客からインターホンを押されて苦情を言われました。 2日目は隣の部屋から大きい声や歌声がして全く休まりませんでした。 とにかく防音設備がなってない。 二度と泊まりません。

最新の家電設備で、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。寝室のプロジェクターに子供達は大喜びで観ていました。 お風呂が半露天風呂でとてもいいお風呂でしたが、寒いので入れたらすぐ入り足し湯をしながら入った方がいいと思います。

とても綺麗なお部屋でした。お部屋も広くて犬二匹も一緒でしたがよろこんでいました。 階段の上り下りが苦手な犬で、次からは一階を選択したいと思います。••体重もあり抱いての上り下りはきつかっです。 駐車場が少し狭いので、大きい車では車庫入れが少し難しいと感じました。 混んでいたようでオンラインでのチェックインに時間がかかりました。 この次も是非早めに予約して利用したいと思います。

施設は新しいのできれいでした

施設は新しいのできれいでした。食器類もそろっていてよかったです。 ただ防音が出来ていないため、上の階の人の足音が本当によく聞こえ、イライラしました。 バルコニーで騒いだり楽器を使って歌を歌ったりする人もあり、やはりスタッフが一人もいない状態は駄目ですね。 連泊だったためゴミも捨てにいきましたが蓋が閉まらないほどいっぱいでした。 アメニティもボディタオルが異常にたくさんありしたが、化粧水や乳液、髭剃りやクシ等もあったらありがたかったです。

他地域の同宿泊施設も宿泊した事がありましたが、そちらに比べて上階の音が響きました。(小さいお子さんがいらしたのかもしれません) 加えてその日は別棟でテラスなど屋外で飲み会？をされていた方がいたのか、あたり一帯が夜中は静かなため、窓を閉めてもなかなかの音量で聞こえました。 それ以外は立地もよく快適に過ごせました。コロナ対策もバッチリで安心できましたし、部屋内には配慮が細部にわたり感じられます。また機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。
