Sanibel #203 is a 2200 square foot oceanfront unit adjacent to the traffic free beach, which makes this one of the nicest and most desired condos in the Daytona Beach area. Sanibel Condominium is located South of the Dunlawton Bridge in Daytona Beach Shores, which is a safe, quiet, and secure area away from the crowds but in close proximty to some of the best dining on the East Coast. Our condo has luxury amenities such as granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, flat screen televisions in living room and all bedrooms, wireless internet, and separate laundry room with front load washer and dryer. All linens are included for bedrooms and bathrooms.

Balcony--Directly overlooks the pool and hot tub area . It also has a table and chairs and two adirondack chairs

Loved It!!

We visited this property from 10/3 to 10/10 2017 and it was perfect. We had six adults and three children and never felt cramped or crowded. There is plenty of room and lots of sleeping space. The kitchen had everything we needed and many restaurants are nearby. We have been going to the Daytona Beach area every year for over 25 years and this place would be at or near the top of our places that we have stayed. Owners are very efficient and we had everything we needed when we got there. We will be coming back!!!!

Wonderful family vacation

This was our first trip to Daytona Beach. The condo was clean, has ample room for family, and has a great view and easy access to the pool, beach and gym. If you're planning a day trip to D-world, you're plenty close enough for an easy drive. On our next trip to Daytona, we plan to stay here. As a side note, the owners were very responsive to our pre-trip planning inquiries.

Lots of room, clean, great location!

We all enjoyed all the space of this condo. Mu granddaughters, 12, 10, and 8 had a great time in the bonus room. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the pool. The room was clean and we had a great time.

Great place to stay, plenty of room for three families.

Very nice and up to date. clean, large rooms. A quiet place to stay with children and grandchildren. Had one minor problem. We called the owners and it was resolved before we could unpack. We needed to ask the building manager for help and she responded in a timely manner. Hope to stay here again.
