¡Cuando solo lo mejor lo hará! El edificio de lujo más alto en la playa con un impresionante condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños lo espera. Desde un enorme balcón frente al mar completo con parrilla incorporada hasta actualizaciones de alta gama, esta casa superará todas sus expectativas.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con ventanas de piso a techo con impresionantes vistas directas al mar, así como una puerta que da al balcón. El baño mater adjunto es enorme e incluye una ducha con azulejos de diseño de alta gama y una bañera grande.

Las vistas continúan con vistas panorámicas de la playa y el océano desde la cocina, la sala familiar y el comedor. Los controles deslizantes de la sala familiar y el comedor conducen a la terraza masiva con parrilla incorporada y una mesa para cenar frente al mar, así como sillones para relajarse y disfrutar de la vista.

El condominio cuenta con pisos de madera en todas las áreas comunes y una cocina de chef completa con refrigerador para vinos.

Cozy and Roomy

The condo was very roomy and so nice and cozy. Loved all the space on the balcony and the views. Our stay was during hurricane Milton so we had limited power for 2-1/2 days, otherwise would have been a much better experience. Property manager was very nice and easy to contact with any questions/concerns.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. We had 7 people who basically had their own suite. Master bed and bath were spectacular. Kitchen was very clean. Plus any food we left is donated locally. We will definitely book 409 next year!

AMAZING!

We came for NCA and extended it into a vacation for our family of 9! Prior to our arrival Peggy was fantastic with communication contacting me with any questions and concerns. Upon arrival, Melissa met us and gave us a thorough tour and all the important information we would need for our stay..she was great!! The condo was Gorgeous, inviting, and classy. It was clean and WELL stocked! Everything you need, from kitchen items (even a crock pot) to everything you need for the beach and pool, including beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, etc. The view was spectacular and the balcony was spacious and comfortable to hang out on as a large group. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again next year for Nationals!! Thanks for sharing your space and making it an awesome experience!

Week at Daytona

Place was in perfect condition and had a beautiful view of the beach. The deck outside had a great view of the pool and the beach. Not much within walking distance as far as restaurants etc. Hosts April and Kaylee were amazing.

Stayed here for a week with family. Nice location, good views. This unit needs some TLC from the owners. Broken rusty porch light, stained carpets, broken door handle on sliding balcony door, the built in grill not working, needs to be updated ( the small electric grill didn't cut it). We would stay here again if the would fix these small items.

Great Vacation Condo...but Hurricane Ian ended it...

The property was wonderful. Beautiful furnishings and kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The property's pool, hot tub, and fire pit area were all great! Only issue was the listing indicated two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom---which turned out to be a "full" or double bed, not a queen. Hurricane Ian came along and we were notified the morning of our 4th day that we had a mandatory evacuation from the building...for all non-owners. As renters, we had to go. Drove through driving rain and gusty winds but we made it half-way home that day.

Best stay ever

We have visited Daytona for the last 20 years and this was by far our best stay yet. The property and the property managers were simply the best. Can’t wait for next year!

Beautiful view!

My family enjoyed our vacation at this condo! This was our first experience with booking a beach vacation with VRBO and it went well for the most part! Pros: 1) ocean view was gorgeous. You can't get much better!! 2) balcony was HUGE! We spent a lot of time out there! 3) this unit was so convenient to the parking spot, garbage, and to the pool/beach. 4) comfortable beds! 5) beautiful kitchen 6) beautiful master room and bath/shower! Cons: 1)unit wasn't as clean as I expected. The faucets on every sink in bathrooms and kitchen and all shower heads had cakes of mold on it that we had to clean before using them. Very disappointed in that. 2) the unit was very noisy. Could hear the gate open and close throughout the day and night. Could hear water drip in the pipes all day and night. 3) we couldn't use one of the showers due to a leak under us. Not a deal breaker, but inconvenient since we had several people and the second shower wasn't that great. The water pressure wasn't good.

Very nice unit with great view. Located in a very nice area and easily accessible. Disappointed with the new pool and hot tub hours of operation. Closing of the pool and hot tub at dusk seems a bit unreasonable. For the cost of renting in this facility I would expect to use these facilities for a little longer in the evenings. Overall a great stay.

Great vacation rental

The unit was extremely spacious and clean. There were two coolers, several beach chairs, several wave boards and toys provided with the unit. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cooking materials. There was a ice maker in the parking. Garage to fill your coolers on the way to the beach. The beach was literally steps away from the resort ( no dunes separating.) we would book this property again!

Wonderful!

It was spotless! The master suite gave us time to ourselves while the adult kids and grandkids could have the rest of the condo. The beach and pool access couldn't be better. The wrap around porch is the best part. It was great sitting out there at night. Worth every penny for a full house vacation.

Daytona Beach vacation

Great condo and great location. Everything was as described and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. If you have a vehicle, the secure parking garage is a huge bonus. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Luxury with a View!

Beautiful condo with amazing views! You can’t go wrong with this condo. Plenty of room for a large family! A huge balcony with a table and chairs plus 3 loungers is right out the sliding doors and the beach is just steps away. From the balcony you can see the pool, courtyard, hot tub, and most importantly, you can see miles either way down the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Peggy, the property manager was helpful and friendly. We had to wait a bit for our check in, but it was worth the wait. There are beach chairs, beach towels, and some sand toys in the utility room at the condo. I wish that would have been listed on the web site. Lots of fun ocean side restaurants close by. I loved that the condo was located a couple of miles past the touristy area at the pier. Lots of families and little ones were at the condo, which was nice. Great security so you know you’re safe. You need a fob to get in and out of the condo and the parking area. Be aware, only 2 parking spots came with the condo. Daytona Beach has strict parking rules so an additional car would need to park long term at the airport for $12 a night. (The air port is about 10-12 minutes away.) My only suggestion is that a crib be available in the condo. The kitchen was well supplied with appropriate appliances. Coffee on the balcony was a morning ritual. I didn’t see any other condos in the area with such a substantial balcony. It was the selling point for us. We loved every minute!
