It was just two of us in the off-season so it was very quiet. The house would be perfect for a family, too. Easy access, good bike-riding area. Near the beach, easy walk. Good bathrooms and bedding, towels. Lovely deck of the family room! The hot water did not work for most of the days. We fixed it once but it went off again. It was not possible to cook anything on the stovetop without the smoke alarm sounding - regardless of smoke production. And that's with windows open and stove fan running. No cutting boards in the place. Beds VERY comfortable! Internet was spotty but overall it worked. Good off-season price. Did not receive any instructions for accessing the property until we were on our way down and not until we called Village Realty.
