Whether coming to relax, play or business you will find this executive style property to be excellent. Set just 200m walk to Sun Set beach on beautiful Fraser Island's Kingfisher Bay Resort. Enjoy the resort facilities or venture out to explore world heritage listed Fraser Island the choice is yours.

The property is 2 bedrooms and accommodates 6 very comfortable. make no mistake this is a fully self contained villa not a hotel room. The Villa is fully air conditioned and all mod cons are supplied, brand new kitchen also including a spa bath for two.

Please note when booking the Villa, the nightly rate is for four guests only you can have an extra two guests at a cost of $65 per person per night, this cost will be add at time of booking. This extra cost is out of our control as it is a Kingfisher Bay price requirement.
