The Mulla Villa Cottages are a cosy comfortable stay for your next visit to Wollombi. Stay for the night, weekend or the full week. These cottages give you access to the full farm experience all while being able to still enjoy the comforts we all love. Enjoy coffee in the yard, go for a walk around the property to see all the farm animals or wonder along the walking track to the caves. There are outside security cameras on the property

Dogs were barking several times at night when there should have been quiet, possums stretching around in the roof of the cottage. Amenities were basic , clean and modestly comfortable. Ok at best

Great place to stay

Went to a wedding 5 minutes away. So, the cottage was perfect for an overnight stay. It was well appointed and had everything you would want.

Will be good if you can add little shelf in the shower area to hold the soap bar you provided, and if possible to let the guests know that’s you’re not providing a shampoo.

Interesting and disappointing

I believe our booking was incorrectly relayed to us from STAYS, and as a result our accommodation had to be changed and moved by our hosts after we had unpacked and gone into town. Our hosts were very accommodating and obliging but the mess-up by STAYS was inefficient and very disappointing. It is likely we will not book with STAYS again.

Mulla Villa cottage

The cottage was not a satisfactory standard for the price. House very old and only partly renovated. Dirty, with cobwebs at every window. Dead flies on window sills. Steps from living area to bedroom and also steps to bathroom had broken tiles which were a trip hazard. We booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night (no refund) as owner had 4 dogs which barked non stop all night, in the yard next to our bedroom.
