The Mulla Villa Cottages are a cosy comfortable stay for your next visit to Wollombi. Stay for the night, weekend or the full week. These cottages give you access to the full farm experience all while being able to still enjoy the comforts we all love. Enjoy coffee out on the deck, go for a walk around the property to see all the farm animals or wonder along the walking track to the caves. There are outside security cameras on the property

we stayed just one night at the property to attend a wedding in wollombi it was good location for us just 5mn away from the venue.unfortunatly we did not have time to visit the farm or the national park.

Cute farm cottage

Wedding to attend at Redleaf Woolombi, close by. Gorgeous little place with ponies popping their heads in kitchen window, so cute. Only suggestions would be firmer pillows and a full length mirror, as people would use cottage to get ready for weddings. We enjoyed our stay

Stay 2 nights for Wedding nearby.

All OK except there could have been more wood for the wood burner. It was bloody cold!! Beds were comfortable. The dogs did a lot of barking which woke my wife several times during both nights. Why so many dogs??

Thank you for you’re review about the fire wood l will make sure there is plenty more next time. In regards to the we have so many they guard all alpacas, goats and mini horses as we get a lot a wide dogs through our area and 1 dog is not enough agents a pack. Sorry that they woke you up it can be very frustrating at times when they hear and see something on the property. Sara

Great Location … could use some help

Liked the property and location. Would have appreciated a comfortable lounge and maybe an extra towel or two. Could not find the fire starters but it was nice to have a fire place . Still upset about being woken at 5am by two ponies kicking the side of the home.

Lovely cottage on Mulla Farm

My partner and I stayed in one of the cottages on the farm as we had a wedding in Wollombi. We were welcomed by a friendly owner who directed us straight to our cottage and handed over our keys and we were on our way. Even more important to note, we were also welcomed by PONIES! They were adroable. The cottage itself is really perfect for a night stay. Comfortable bed, wifi and good pressure shower. We even had cold water and milk in the fridge. There was a rather large ant infestation in the kitchen - we sprayed them a few times but didn't seem to work. There wasn't any food laying around so not too sure where they came from! Also, unfortunately the property lost power due to the storm so we had no electricity, no running water, wifi or air con (it was a VERY warm day and night so was a bit bummed to not be able to shower) on our return from the wedding - but not the owners fault at all. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Mulla Villa

The property needs a little TLC. Beds were comfy. Good value for the price. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
