The outdoor had a bailenese vibe while the interior was modern, spacious and very tidy. Renee and Ken were gracious hosts keeping us informed throughout the process and went that extra mile to make our stay even more memorable. Would recommend.

What a great property

Renee was super helpful and responsive. Had a great time with family and friends. Peoperty was big enough to accommodate all yet was very cosy. Property was 5-10 minutes from most cafes and restaurant and Mornington beach. The cinema room and spa was the biggest winner.

Perfect villa for a family

This ideal home for our two families was clean, spacious, and full of activities for young and old. The cinema room is a real feature and that pool is just devine. No charge for heating over summer which was great. The owners were so easy to communicate with and even helped us retrieve a lost teddy after we had left. 6 Stars!

Family Reunion

Perfect property for our large family group. The house is conveniently located to shops, well appointed, spacious & clean. The pool, outdoor entertainment area, games & theatre rooms combine to enable a fun & relaxed atmosphere. Ken & Renee are excellent hosts promptly responding to any enquiry. Definitely Recommend.

Almost perfect!

Inside of the house was perfect, theatre and games room were great. Everything we needed was supplied and greatly appreciated. However, we booked the house on the main photo of the pool. Which apparently we couldn’t use. It hadn’t been cleaned and it wasn’t heated! Someone turned the pump on then we had a prompt phone call telling us we had breached the rules. Also didn’t appreciate the cameras watching us. Would not stay again! Far cheaper places that also don’t have a pool

Thank you for your review Dale and apologise that your expectations were not met. We appreciate the feedback but would also like to confirm that it was not advertised as a gas heated pool and as it is an outdoor uncovered pool, it will be exposed to external elements. Aside from this, the pool is solar heated, maintained regularly and was readily available for use. Also, as explained when we contacted you after a notification from our pool app, the pool pumps and equipment area are sealed off by locked fences for safety reasons and to prevent tampering of the pool settings which should not have been accessed. As hosts, we are always contactable if you have questions or concerns.
