Beautiful A-frame cabin with high ceilings, hardwood floors, wood siding, large windows, and sliding glass doors. Walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the golf course. Nearby Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and more. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! This gorgeous home with breathtaking forest views awaits your next mountain getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, a ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs second bedroom/loft has two double beds and a TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

I enjoyed to stay very much. The home was clean. Small issue with the fireplace flute and the shower head is small. Literally everything else was fantastic. Thank you.

Wonderful stay at Zen Den! Not far from town, has everything we would need, super easy check-in and check-out with lockbox at the entrance, would go back again! One opportunity for improvement: the downstairs bedroom mattress needs updating, it heavily sinks in the middle. Also, when you sit at the foot of the bed the entire mattress comes off the head of the bed frame, and one can slip and fall to the floor. We slept upstairs in separate beds the second night and it was a much more restful sleep.

The cabin was nestled a few minutes from all things you'd want to do, with such a cozy charm. The cabin was perfect for my husband, pups, and me! Check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, dogs loved the yard

The steps to the entry are a little challenging otherwise this cabin was just about perfect for a relaxing weekend. The location of the cabin was in a quiet neighborhood and offered privacy and a great front deck. Cabin was well equipped and comfortable with everything we needed, even a couple of candles we found during a couple of power outages. Suggest visitors prep for power outages as lovely Big Bear is challenged with fire prevention needs. We would recommend this cabin.

Perfect Mountain Stay

We stayed at zen den for our anniversary weekend. The cabin was perfect for our getaway! We loved the location, cleanlines, mountain charm of the property. The hot tup was wonderful on a cold night and the kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals. We will definitely cone back next time we want to go to big bear

Great Get Away

We were looking for a quiet, cozy place to get away for just a couple of days. This was a perfect fit. We had ample space, and it would be a great place for anyone with a family.

The house is super cute and decorated nicely with nice outdoor options for the kids. We had trouble with the heater turning off at night so it would get cold but not intolerable because of good blankets. The bbq was not working when we were so excited to grill some steaks we got (seems the battery was out in the igniter ) and unfortunately the lighter in the house was out of fluid. So we also couldn’t light the Fireplace. The management brought us matches later that day which was helpful though. Overall would recommend but som details need ironing out. Thanks for letting us rent your home.

Great stay!

The property management was very communicative and the property was great. The only issue was having to pick up the keys from the office, which is about 10 minutes from the house. A minor inconvenience as the main way up from LA is closed

Excellent

Family and dog friendly, and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids! My kids lived the loft area which gave them their own space and television! Great quiet location, close to grocery and food places. We enjoyed the jacuzzi but did wish the jacuzzi would've been a little bit warmer, considering we visited in the winter. My family will return in future years!

Excellent Stay in Big Bear

This cabin was fantastic. Bed was super comfy and the whole cabin was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals throughout the weekend. The hot tub was great and was a nice way to unwind after a day packed with activities. It was a nice space for me and my wife, but it would be great for a small family with one or two children as well as there's a couple of small beds upstairs and a bunch of drawers and cabinets full of toys and games. Location was great too- it never took more than 5 minutes to drive to anything we wanted to go to. I will look for this cabin again next time I come to Big Bear!

Overnight Stay w/ Hot Tub Issues

The place was as described, clean and appears well cared for. We booked just a single overnight stay for a weekend getaway for myself and my wife. Went into town for dinner and live music which was great and just a short drive away. Unfortunately our return back that evening was less great as the hot tub would not heat up past 94 degrees which was the equivalent of warm bath water. I tried adjusting the temperature and waited over an hour and never got any hotter and eventually locked myself out of the settings trying to resolve it. We booked a place specifically for a hot tub so it was unfortunate. I recommend checking the hot tub temp on arrival!!
