• Pool Heating may be added between March and October for $50 per day plus a $50 setup fee.

We weren’t sure we would like being a few miles from the beach but the provided beach cruiser bikes made it very easy to make it to the beach. The private pool and backyard view on the golf course was top tier. The community is well kept and quiet. Would repeat stay here and recommend to others. It was a great value.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home had a great lay off for our extended family. The home was pet friendly which was great for our poodle; however the home was covered in long white dog hair. We had to clean and sweep to avoid our clothing from being covered. The carpeted rooms were really dirty. In bad need of a carpet cleaning. One room looked like someone had vomited by the bed and was not cleaned well. Everyone worked so no problems in that respect. It was just all the dog hair and dirty carpet that made it an unpleasant visit.

Great place. On a quiet street. Big space for 4 people and the pool was awesome and relaxing. Trash was not collected but rental property took care of it right away. Would rent it again.

Beautiful Home, Property Management Needs Improvement

My family stays in Hilton Head annually at Thanksgiving and my wife and I rent a home to host everyone. Overall, this home had everything we were looking for: It was spacious, had the desired number of bedrooms and was in a beautiful location in the Club Course neighborhood. The large kitchen and two living rooms are perfect for Thanksgiving and made me confident that I made the best choice for this year’s stay. While the experience was largely positive I have a few suggestions for improvement for property manager, Island Rentals of Hilton Head. First, please do a deeper clean of the unit. When I arrived there were noticeable stains on the carpet from previous guests. The trash cans were also full (though this problem was acknowledged upon check in). My major issue, however, was the lack of proactive communication from the property manager. Before arriving I asked about whether the unit contained some basic amenities and I received an “I’m not sure” from one of the agents with no attempt to find me the proper information. I also found it strange to not receive even a courtesy arrival text. I did, however, receive a text on Black Friday trying to upsell me on an additional day. I appreciate a hands-off approach to hosting but this plus long response times by a different person each time gave the impression that the management company was indifferent to us as guests. I’ve had much better stays with individual hosts and individual property managers

Sea Pines House

The house is beautiful and spacious. 4 bedrooms one of is distanced from the rest (perfect for The in-laws or a teen) This one has a bath attached. Two large living rooms with a beautiful view of the golf course. All bedrooms have ceiling fans but the master does get a bit warm, there is an additional fan for use. The house is close to the main gate, Publix and Harris Teeter as well as the Forrest Preserve but it is LN a good bit of distance from the beach, South Beach and Harbor Town—so you will get a good work out if biking to those areas. A beautiful pool is being installed so will be perfect after long bike rides. State of the art appliances and a gas grill. Loved the bikes provided by the owners. We enjoyed our time here!

Hilton Head cozy stay

We enjoyed being on the golf course and also close to the beach. We enjoyed riding our bicycles. The nearby restaurants are wonderful.
