If you are looking for charming beachfront location with outstanding views, and a welcoming atmosphere this is it! Unit 302 at Oceanside Condominiums is an inviting spacious condo filled with natural light. Tastefully decorated and comfortable, this condo feels like paradise. Unit 302 has an open floor plan that the whole family can enjoy. The living area has access to the fully furnished balcony. From sunrise to sunset the views from inside and out here are gorgeous! The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glassware that you'll need to make yourself at home during your vacation. The connecting dining area seats four at the table. Two additional bar stools are found at the kitchen bar, or you can choose outside seating and enjoy watching the beautiful waves washing in and dolphins splashing by. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed for maximum relaxation, a TV, large roomy dresser (no hanging closet) and an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features two queen size beds and hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Very good location

We had a good time looking the ocean from the balcony and enjoying walks at the beach. We went to different restaurants in a walking close distance of the condo.

Great Location

The location is excellent. The condo was great as advertised. We would have liked to have had beach chairs and beach towels available. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely return to this location.

Great property

This unit had everything we needed. The balcony seating was incredible and appeared to be new. We had an issue with the air conditioning and the property management company responded and handled it immediately. They also followed up and communicated when they would arrive. Really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and nice

We love Indian rocks and the local parks and beach. The property manager was great and very attentive. In past years we had access to beach chairs that we did not have this trip. A key to the pool and spa was also not included but it wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Check in and out was great with emailed codes.

the only thing I didn't like was the bugs. They were is the kitchen, the drawers and bottom cupboards. even found some in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I did send them a note so I sure hope they are doing something about them. Other than that the place was nice.

Roaches in kitchen ruin our vacation

Beautiful place, but the roaches in the kitchen made me nervous the whole time. didn't want to open any door or drawer and needed to wash everything we wanted to use. Management had someone spray on Monday, but saw bugs every day. Also worried we might bring them home.

Great stay!

The property is located next to a lot of restaurants and stores. There was so much within walking distance. The condo was very large for our family of 3. The balcony had a great view of the gulf, beach and sunsets but a few of the chairs were damaged and unusable. The washer/dryer worked great and was so nice to have in the unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds in the guest room were more comfortable than the master bedroom. Parking on site under the building was great but the spot is pretty tight. Cleanliness overall was ok but there was a lot of dust! The pool and hot tub were nice but seemed over crowded a few times. Overall very nice place to stay.

Condo rental

The unit for the price was not very clean! Microwave had food on handle burnt food in the inside, dryer was filled with towels and it is stated in what I signed towels and sheets are sent out so I did not know if whole load of towels were clean or not so we had to do laundry right away, coffee maker had old coffee grounds in it, the kitchen floor was so sticky in spots I had to spot clean that! We pulled out couch and it had food in it and under it. Not at all as nice of place as we have stayed in past years!!

Not the place I will return too

If you are in the market for a condo to rent that needed to be cleaned better, or if you couldn't get on the deck that overlooks the ocean because the slider wouldn't open, and if you could not sit on the deck because 4 out of the chairs were broken this is your place. The commonsense issues were not there either, like a rolling luggage rack or two to help bring your luggage to the condo or help bring up your food order for your stay, that had to be done without this smallest convenience. Even the convenience of removing your rubbish, most condo buildings have rubbish shoots on each floor but not this one you have to bring it to the bins on the ground level near the street. The most annoying part of our stay was the lack of attention we received from the rental agency and owner. We arrived on a Friday and it wasn't until 4 days later, (we were only there for 7 days total), in the late afternoon that we received some attention to our concerns and still one of the lounge chairs on the deck was not fixed or replaced. We have always seen some issues with the condos we stay at but this one just didn't seem to care enough on rectifying issues in a timely manner.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

We have stayed here twice now and have really enjoyed this property! The location is fantastic as you can walk to dinner, ice cream shops, shopping or beach rentals. The pool and hot tub are very well cared for and warm. However, I would say that the condo could have been a little bit cleaner. There was sand on one of the kitchen chairs, dust on about every flat surface, the appliances had not been wiped down, the counter tops had a little something on them, the rugs need cleaned or replaced and the towels were still in the dryer for us to fold. I understand that these rentals all have to be cleaned very quickly for the new renters and they will never get the kind of attention our homes do. It did feel clean enough though and most importantly, the bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately, there were NO beach towels and only two beach chairs(for a unit that sleeps 8). One of the beach chairs was wooden with a sling style fabric (not very comfortable or user friendly!) The coffee pot needs a major upgrade and there is no blender. There was only one chair that went with the high top table on the balcony. We used the stools from the kitchen counter. Not ideal for a family of 7. Also, we did see a few bugs that made us feel a little uncomfortable. There were ant traps in the unit, but the bugs were definitely not ants. Please don’t let this deter you. This is a wonderful unit with beautiful views. It is in a safe, family friendly, quiet area that we have been visiting for a long time. Hopefully a few upgrades can take this unit from good to really great.

Overall Wonderful Stay

Everything went pretty good. We loved the location and closeness to everything we needed and most of it within walking distance. It was very easy to find the room and parking space. Marvin was very kind and answered all of our questions. We arrived after 5 pm on Saturday July 16th so the office was closed and we did have a few questions about guest parking. We had to wait until Monday to have those questions answered. There was a tow away sign in front of the 6 guest parking spaces and we did not have anything to put in the car window to show we were a guest. There is one parking space available for the unit but if you have more than 1 vehicle you have to park outside. We were told to write : Resort Rentals, guest parking, and give the phone number to the office. It worked out fine though and we had no other issues with parking. The room was very nice for our party of seven. The only negatives were the pull out bed in the couch was not comfortable for 2 of our party, there was no egg crate only a thin mattress pad so please bring your own if you stay. The ceiling fans also had not been dusted, which I understand is very easy to overlook so it wasn't much of a big deal, we dusted them ourselves. The views were great and we loved how secluded and not crowded the beach was. We always had space to go sit and soak up sun on the sand or sit by the pool. The cleanliness of the room when we arrived was decent. We ended up washing the sheets because there were black hairs in the bedroom with 1 bed and a toenail on the sheets in the bedroom with 2 beds. Both of those of course can happen when you wash bedclothes, they can be stuck. Those small things were really the only negatives. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantasic location on IRB Beach within walking distance to Crabby Bill's, JD's and more. View was hard to beat. Loved being right on the beach and a pool to cool off in. Huge kitchen! You have everything you need to make meals in or to mix drinks.The deck is so roomy and comfortable. We all spent a lot of time hanging outside. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 boys. THe guest room was a great kid setup with two roomy comfortable beds and a TV that they could hook up thier games too. Having thier own bathroom right next door is a plus. The Master bedroom is roomy. BUT it is way too bright in there! The exterior lighting that stayed on all night kept us up. I would suggest blackout curtains. We loved this condo, but I can say as a frequent beach house renter, please provide more information to your guests. For example, a notebook with things like how to use the TV, what the Wi-Fi password is, etc. Having to figure out everything was very frustrating and resulted in too many calls to the property manager.Your property manager needs to get it together. We never got check in instructions, it took 3 phone calls for them to get the info to us. In addition, when we called about the Wi-Fi they had it incorrect. To top it off we never got any check out instructions, so we did our best to properly handle everything. Also, note to the cleaning company, there are two trash cans. When we checked in the one in the cabinet beside the sink was full of alcohol that reeked! They also left dirty paper towels in a few rooms and your unit was left unlocked by them when we arrived.
