This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on your private stretch of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. It has a front row seat to the gorgeous beach and famous gulf coast sunsets. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean, enjoy the amazing view from the balcony and walk down the spiral staircase leading directly to the pool. The large and open kitchen, dining and living room are perfect for entertaining or quiet family time. If you want to head out for the evening restaurants are located within walking distance just across Gulf Blvd. There is even a CVS for those last minute items you forgot to pack. Larger grocery stores are a short 5 minute drive away. With only six other units on the property the pool will feel all your own. The full washer and dryer, cable, complementary internet, large T.V.’s, and expertly equipped kitchen make this vacation location feel like home. Gigi is a wonderful, responsive hostess. The condo is comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The view of the beach is fantastic! Saw dolphins daily and amazing sunsets. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental

Our stay was great. Everything was thought of and well supplied. The only negative would be the upstairs neighbors. You can hear all their footsteps but there isn’t anything to be done about that. Thanks for a great vacation spot.

This was our second time staying here and it was just amazing this time as the last. The property is very well maintained and equipped with all that we needed to make for a beautifully relaxing trip. We love the Indian Rocks Beach. The sand is soft and very walkable. The water is amazing! The beach and direct access can't be topped. The pool is great, stays clean and provides a nice backdrop to nights on the balcony. The views are amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking! There are many local shops and restaurants in walking distance plus many more just a quick drive away. We absolutely love staying here and will reserve it every chance we get! The host is very responsive and checks in to make sure the stay is going well. Can't wait to return!

Gigi is the best host. She’s super responsive and kind. Her condo is lovely and clean. The beds are comfortable. The pillows and towels are all fluffy and new. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment. The porch overlooking the ocean is wonderful.

Perfect April Break

We spent our Massachusetts schools’ April vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. We wanted low-key vacation with easy access to the beach. This condo was perfect for us! Great location, very clean.

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful time and the view was spectacular. Even though we had quite a situation occur while we were there, the host did everything possible to handle it and make it right. Communication was easy throughout all of it. The description of the place, the pictures, and the closeness to the beach were all amazing. We appreciate Gigi’s understanding of the situation and staying in constant communication with us to make sure it was all being fixed.

We love family time and a relaxed but tidy atmosphere. Paraiso is equipped with what we consider to be home away from home essentials. Clean new linens and towels, a fresh well equipped kitchen and a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets!

You'll love the spiral staircase that leads from the balcony down to the pool and beach, so convenient! Don't feel like cooking? Paraiso is also in a prime location, just walk out of the front door and have a meal at some of the areas fun and yummy local restaurants.
