Boardwalk 281 is a beautifully remodeled three-bedroom, two-bath condo featuring incredible Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Gulf Shores—within walking distance of popular shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Sea N Suds is conveniently located right in front of the complex.



Property Features:



• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Laminate flooring is installed throughout the unit.



• The updated kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four (with an extra chair for a fifth), and four barstools provide additional seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.



• The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a California king-size bed.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds. (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Enjoy convenient keyless entry—no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out!



• A maximum of two cars is allowed. (This complex includes parking across the street, and one or both vehicles may need to be parked there depending on availability.)

Perfect Location

Perfect location for Sand in My Boots festival. Close enough to walk to venue. When on the balcony we could even hear some of the music (if the waves were quiet enough). Very cute accommodations, with plenty of space to relax. Check-in was incredibly easy and communication was top notch.

Pool was great , very clean. Good chairs. We were on the second floor corner unit. Great view. Down side to being on corner was trash shoot right beside our door and it was very loud.Security were super nice and helpful. Short walk to beach and restaurant right on the beach , perfect! One elevator was out of order the whole time we were there, which wasnt a problem for us because we were on the 2nd floor. But it did slow some folks down. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will return again

We had a great stay here. The location was fantastic, we walked to dinner every evening! When the coffee maker wasn’t working as well as it should have, I submitted an issue via the app and just a short time later someone arrived with a new coffee maker.

Great Girls Trip

We had an exceptional time. This Condo is plenty spacious and has everything you would expect to find in a nicely appointed rental and the view of the beach is amazing. Access to the beach below was so convenient since this building is on the beach. We had such a great time we are planning to go back very soon.

Stay from May 1st-May 5th

It was a very nice condo. Loved the location and being right on the beach. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I would recommend changing the door handle to the balcony because it was hard to use. Would stay here again and bring more family member with us because there was plenty of space!

Nice condo that holds a lot of guests

We really enjoyed our stay here. It holds a lot of guest for a great price! The view from this condo was perfect! The love seat was so comfortable! And I wanted to take the rocker chairs home with me. The only thing we wished it had some kind of ottoman to put your feet up. We definitely will be returning to this condo!

Family vacation

This a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. You have quick and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and more. The condo is super comfortable and quiet. It has lots of space for families to stretch out and have personal time. The condo is fully stocked. We enjoyed direct and easy access to the beach and also enjoyed the pool. We will be staying staying there again soon .

Great location & family condo

Excellent location on beach & proximity to restaurants and shops. Our only complaint is the daily trash pickup that woke us up around 5:30-6:30 every morning as this unit is located just above the trash dumpster below. We would definitely return & had a wonderful week. Communication was clear and check in was easy. We also took advantage of the BOGO activities! Thanks for a great week!

Our Stay in Gulf Shores

The unit was very well stocked with what we needed to cook, do laundry and live comfortably during our stay. We felt it could have been a little bit cleaner.....it was dusty and the shower/bath could have been cleaned a bit more. It was bright except for the 3rd bedroom which needed more light. We enjoyed our stay.

We really wish you had let us know; we would have loved the opportunity to send the cleaning team back to the property and address any issues you had. I see that you notified us about the slippery showers, and maintenance addressed that concern as soon as you departed, as it was something you did not want to be fixed right away. I will let them know about the lighting in the third bedroom as well. Thank you again and we hope to see you again next year!

Great Location and Condo; Garbage Pck Up Needs New Time

We loved everything about this place except the garbage truck coming as early as 4:10 am and making the loudest noise picking up the garbage! Thankful it only woke up the adults and not the children. I probably would not stay on the end again. But as I said everything else was great! Family enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores!

Teacher beach vacay!

Despite the issues we had to deal with due to the leaking, we had a fabulous time! The unit was great. Donna, with iTrip, was absolutely amazing. She was on top of the issue, very apologetic, and doing her best to accommodate us in any way. Donna’s supervisor (Chasta…spelling?), was also amazing. She was very apologetic and accommodating when she returned to the office and learned of the issue. We were a group of 9 teachers that were looking for a relaxing time, and that’s exactly what we had. Thank you, Ladies!!!

This was a very disappointing rental. The condo was not clean and was in rough condition. We had to send several pictures of the condition of the unit as soon as we arrived. I trip did send someone over right away to spray the mold. Two bedrooms had mold on the ceilings. Baseboard and trim was missing also. We had to go buy blankets to cover the furniture. Great location and view though.

Disappointed

Pictures online made the condo and the balcony appear larger than it was. Floors were dirty. Great location, but condo needs a some TLC and a deep clean. Guest bath had a dirty smell, almost like old urine, and water dripped from the ceiling vent. Guest bedroom was too small for a queen bed with a footboard! We wacked our knees on it several times during our stay and came home with bruises from it. Dishwasher didn’t work and I chose not to report it due to past reviews stating maintenance came while renter was away, even after being told they wouldn’t. I didn’t want them in the condo without me being there so we chose to hand wash dishes for 10 people during our 5 day stay. The condo served its purpose, but I will not stay here again.

Almost all good

First the positives... recently remodeled and updated and very nice. Kitchen had about every tool and utensil you could want, even including an electric grill and an ice cream maker. Master and second bedrooms plenty big, beds comfy (pillows meh, but that's personal preference. Bunk bed room is a bit small for 2 sets, pretty tight in there. Dining/ living area (and deck) a bit undersized for a group of 8 adults but we didn't spend much time indoors so not that big of a deal. Location on the beach was fantastic! Boardwalk is not one of the high rises so fewer folks vying for beach space, we had plenty of space to sprawl out close to the water and never felt crowded. Also, the building is along a narrower section of beach with narrow dunes so the walk from room to water is pretty short, easy to run back to use the restroom, have lunch or restock the cooler. Parking was a breeze and the constant security presence likely kept it that way. Pool was generally delightful on the days dealing with jellyfish in the gulf but later in the day got pretty warm. The bad: With just a few little tweaks this place could be even better. A rusty deck table was in such bad shape and tilting that it was basically unusable. The door handle to the patio was quite difficult to open, a bathroom sink drained very slowly and the other bathroom sink leaked. These were brought to attention of maintenence but were not addressed. It's kind of a pain when you fly in to have to go to store for paper towels, napkins, dishwasher detergent and TP. At these prices, adding an extra $20 to cover those expenses would make the trip more enjoyable. Side note: Don't miss on AYCE Mullet at the attached Sea & Suds on the beach.
