Great location! Easy access to everywhere, beach staff was amazing and so helpful! We loved watching the boats come in and out of the marina and seen dolphins out the windows almost every morning! Only draw back never enough hot water for everyone to shower after a Long Beach day!

Great stay, only things I could see improvement on is there was left over coffee grounds in the machine which wasn’t a big deal I cleaned the machine and still fixed a cup. Floors weren’t visibly dirty but the end of the first day oh socks were very discolored maybe needed to be cleaned a little better. Which was why the overall 3 for cleanliness. Great location, we could walk and get ice cream and were close to many restaurants. Beach access was great, pools clean, grills on site, beautiful view. Would stay here again!

Great beach front property.

Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from this property. Over all this was a great place to stay and we would return. I only have 2 suggestions for improvement. There were plenty of extra pillows but no pillows cases to put on them. Also the master bedroom bed and one of the beds in 2 bed bedroom squeaked every time you moved. If these things were fixed this place would be absolutely perfect.

The property was overall in good condition and the management was top notch only concern was the cleaning service provider. Nice place but doesn’t appear to get cleaned appropriately. By the looks of the condo there was definitely NO COVID cleaning. Potentially Perfect if corrected.

Great location, but condo needs updates/improvement

The location is great, along with beaches nearby. Everything is in close proximity The condo building and unit itself needs some updates. Based on pictures online we expected more. The furniture was falling apart (kitchen table, locks on doors, screen door for deck entrance ripped apart, shower in second bath was not easy to use, and the couch was broken down and cushions continually coming out-not comfortable) The cleanliness could have been better as well. We found dirty dishes in cupboards and bathrooms weren’t throughly cleaned. Plus, dishwasher didn’t work on normal cycle. We will visit orange beach again, but will be more selective in our unit of choice. View was great from deck and overall we had a great trip

COVID-19 ruined it

I was told by Beachgetaways halfway down we wouldnt have to worry about the beach closing cuz our condo was on a private beach. When we get to the condo there is a notice on the doors stating the whole condo closes and we have to be out by noon the next day!! After driving 11 hours! Noone let us know! Then we run to the beach to enjoy at least the one day and we get booted out by police 20 minutes later! So I didnt get out of this condo anything I wanted! The condo room itself was the most beautiful we had but we didbt get to enjoy any of it. Also we didnt even receive a discount for our 1 night stay!!! Very bummed

Perfect location. Plenty of room. Pretty view and property. You might bring extra bath towels. While there is a washer/dryer we ran through what was there pretty quickly. The store is nearby, you will need to stock up on spices if you are cooking, toilet paper and paper towels. Plentiful cookware and plates/cups/silverware provided. Eat at The Hangout and The Angry Crab. Yummy and pretty close. Also, close but pricey, Sweet Cone Alabama. Delicious! All in all a great stay. Will definitely visit again!

Everything was as described. Two small hiccups. The door code was inaccurate, and there were not enough towels for the amount of people in the unit. Overall the stay was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach was great. The Pheonix is a top notch facility even though it is slightly dated. We would stay again.
