Amazing long water view with west-facing sunsets! This gem has many updates including; 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open floor plan, with great natural stone, and an updated kitchen, and bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have water-facing views. 2 of the guest bedrooms feature king beds, one of the king guest bedrooms also has a set of bunk beds while the fourth has 2 twins. The master bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful en suite bathroom complete with large soaker bathtub.
Sit around the pool/gas firepit with a cup of coffee and a good book. The long water view is spectacular for those beautiful Marco Island sunsets.

As advertised, clean, well equipped, great space, and the management company was great and very responsive. Could use more directions on TV operation and pool operation. My whole family loved it.

We travel to Marco every year. This year was amazing. The location is perfect and in a quiet area. The house is spacious with a great pool (the table was perfect for waterproof uno). We would definitely rent this property again.

Marco Island family fun

Great property for my whole family.Plenty of space, big stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and delightful pool area. Our 34foot boat tied off well. Just a bit disappointed with water front lack of landscape, unsteady paver stairs to dock & course rocks to maneuver.

Great Property!

We stay in Marco Island every year for The Fourth of July. First year in this property and it did not disappoint. Great location, very spacious and beautiful Sunsets. We had no need to leave the house at all. Equipped with most essential items, only thing we needed was to buy paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. They only provide the initial one.

Trust me, this is where you want to stay!

This beautiful home was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. Location was wonderful, views were amazing. The layout is so open, large bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room, pantry and the private master suite was just wonderful. Book this property now, you won't regret it!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We have rented multiple homes and this one is by far our favorite. Well decorated, nicely stocked with amenities, gorgeous views, very inviting and private. Everything was perfect about this house including the beach chairs, wagon, and shelling gear provided for beach outings. Can’t wait to be back!

Best Spot on Marco

The house is awesome! Dolphins came right up to the dock a few times during our stay. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Very private. Short walk to everything you need. We will definitely be back next year.

Family get together

Property was great. Thought pool was a little bigger from looking at photos. We had to spend most of our time at the property due to the inclement weather so it was great to have such an accommodating facility.

Exceeded my expectations!

This beautiful house had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Marco. We loved spending our evenings relaxing on the dock, watching the sunset and the boats go by. The location was perfect, it was quiet and the neighborhood was great. We will be back!

Love this house!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. It looks just like the pictures, gorgeous! The main living area is very open and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool/hot tub and lanai area is beautiful with a large table and lots of chairs to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view. Everyone wants to come back again next year to this home!

A+ experience! This was the BEST vacation spot!

I can’t say enough great things about this amazing place! The cleanliness, the amenities, the comfy beds, the location, and the breathtaking sunsets from the pool/dock are what makes this place incredible! The house was very clean, it had everything we needed, which allowed us to quickly settle in and start relaxing. We spent most of our downtime relaxing by the beautiful pool and enjoying the evenings in the hot tub. This is the place you want to rent for your Marco getaway, you won’t regret it!

Perfect Vacation home!

This was a perfect vacation home with our adult children. This home is set up perfectly with 5 bedrooms spread out. I couldn’t believe the stunning views from 4 of the bedrooms, absolutely beautiful. Our favorite place was out in the pool and hot tub, we never wanted to get out. Watching the sunsets from the hot tub…unbeatable experience. We also saw a dolphin off the dock, what a wonderful thing to enjoy.

We loved the view, so pretty! The spider webs in the corners of ceilings were a conversation. The cleaning crew probably needs to address those. The floors and shower doors need some repairs. We noticed tape on part of the moldings, etc. Just some dated issues that could easliy be fixed but should be.

Thank you! The house is sprayed regularly and as needed. Insect activity is always increased when we have the heavy rain that we have had over the last week. We are available 24 hours a day to deal with any maintenance issues!

Summer fun with kiddos

We had a blast at this Barfield location in Marco. We were two families and lots of children under 8. The bedroom layout with bunks and twins was perfect. The two masters worked well for adults. The kids loved the pool. House stocked with all kitchenware you would need. The layout was spacious with lots of seating and eating areas. The location was great on the island, and we appreciated the beach gear. The management company is very organized and responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

The perfect group rental

We loved this property for our group. The space in the house and the private pool were perfect. It’s very close to Publix which made getting groceries convenient. Caught lots of catfish off the docks and saw many lizards and burrowing owls in the neighborhood. Drive to South Beach was very quick and the house came with a ton of beach accessories that helped us tremendously since we flew in and couldn’t bring that. I’d say the only thing we struggled with was ice - Had to buy bags a couple times because the ice maker didn’t produce much. We would definitely return.

The best thing about the house were the number of bedrooms and bathrooms y our group stay. At first look, house seemed clean but within 2/3 days, we were seeing many bugs. (Mgmt says it is because of the recent drought and they were looking for water. However, these bugs were inside the house! The pool has a large leak and until the pool mgmt told us to keep the water on continuously so the pool’s filter could work properly, we were reluctant to swim in a dirty pool. The outside furniture has so many stains on the cushions, we would not sit on the chairs without towels. The furniture inside is outdated and uncomfortable to sit on. It should be noted the house is for sale and it appears the owners are not able/willing to keep up with things inside and outside of the home. The mgmt had the pool cleaners come once we called. When I told the mgmt about the above issues, they listened and wrote down our complaints. The mgmt company did respond quickly to our concerns unfortunately not much could be done during our stay.

Thank you! We did indeed have a brief period of increased bug activity that has since been resolved. The leak has been worked on. All of the outside cushions have been professionally cleaned and the chaise loungers were replaced. We are available 24 hours a day to deal with any issues that arise.

Not so good

The house was in bad shape, bathrooms leaking water, air conditioning not functioning well, pool leaking, with old mold and always dirty despite being clean twice during four stay.

Thank you! We appreciate all feedback. The pool did have a leak and it was repaired and it was algae, not mold and as you stated the pool company was there twice during your stay. During the summer months, it is not unusual for us to get 2 inches of rain in an hour which quickly throws off the chemical balance, algae grows very quickly. One of the bathrooms had a small leak in the wall that occurred during your stay, it is not an on-going issue and it was repaired. We checked the AC and it seems to be working just fine. If the doors are opened and closed frequently during 100 degree weather, it will have a difficult time keeping up. We have had several renters since your stay and they have reported no issues.
