We enjoyed our weekend in Heber Springs. The house was perfect for our group of friends. The property was very clean and the house was set up for convenience of guests. The outdoor space was comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect River Retreat

We had such a fun time at The Fly Line and will definitely be booking again. It's the perfect space for a group of people since everyone has their own suite. The bunk room was wonderful for kids and the outdoor space was so comfortable. The mud room was perfect for all of our fly fishing gear - you can tell every detail was thought of.

Nice relaxing weekend on the water for our 6th annual men’s fishing trip. Every amenity you could think of & great fishing from the dock. Plenty of room for everyone during the stay.

Love this place!

This was our second stay here, and we love it. We had 8 adults & 5 kids in our group. The layout is perfect with 4 primary rooms and a bunk room for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. The back porch is amazing. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time! Already looking forward to our next visit!

OMG absolute perfection!

2023 Memorial day was one for the record books! This place is perfect, the beds are super comfortable, very spacious. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect.

We had 4 generations of family members here together to celebrate the life of my precious Bonus Dad who LOVED the Little Red River. The house was so beautiful, and thoughtfully designed we never felt crowded despite the varied energy levels of each generation. Everything we needed was there. The Fly Line offers a tranquil space for celebrating or just getting away. I can’t wait to go back.

Great Thanksgiving Week

The home is absolutely beautiful, just as pictured. Views from back patio/deck were lovely. The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock and managed to catch a few trout. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. The bunk room was perfect for the older kids! They loved the Xbox and huge tv in the game room. Beds were comfortable and they had plenty of linens and towels.

The perfect place for a girls weekend. The house was so wonderfully appointed. The kitchen appliances top notch and so well-stocked. The outdoor fireplace and seating area had the best view and perfect for relaxing. We had a lovely time and will be back!

Great Vacation Spot!

We had an amazing spring break week at the river house! Plenty of space for 3 families. We all had privacy, with each room having an en suite bathroom. The kids LOVED the bunk room! They have an arcade and hang out space for the kids. The boys went trout fishing with the Beau’s guide service and caught 50+ trout! There is also great fishing right off the dock. The men loved having their own fishing room to store their poles and gear at night, and dry their waders. On the rainy day we cuddled up by the outdoor fireplace and watched the basketball game. And the kids cooked s’mores on the fire pit. The house is within 10-15 min of everything, grocery store, meat market, hiking trails, antique stores, the local park and cafes. The house is amazing for a group. Tons of space to spread out inside and out on the deck. Overall it was an AWESOME week, we will be renting it again!
