This unit is a luxury vacation rental property with a million-dollar view of the Atlantic. Relax on the large balcony while watching the pelicans fly over the ocean waves.

The kitchen has granite counters and is appointed with all the cooking supplies you will need for a quick snack to a Thanksgiving dinner. There is a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master bedroom features a king bed with direct access to the oceanfront balcony and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. Luxurious linens are used to make the beds in the three bedrooms. Linens, towels and wash cloths are included in the price. There is Cable TV, a Smart TV and complimentary high-speed internet.

Parking permits are provided at no extra cost. The building has an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Private beach access is located behind the complex where you can also find a deck with seating to enjoy a light lunch or watch the waves.
