Easter Weekend Visit

In town to visit our daughter for Easter Weekend. House was perfect for all of us and close to campus. Quite neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

The overall experience was good. I was gkk lm ad they had a fenced back yard for my dog. They however should freshen up the front door. It does not give a good impression with looking so dingy and dirty. The house inside was good though.

Nice House

Perfect Location less than a mile away from many amenities. Our host was Ann-Marie and she was awesome and very accommodating. The house is very nice and perfect for a family with a nice fenced in backyard. Highly recommend!!!

Best pet friendly stay.

The house was perfect for out of town stay with dogs. The fenced yard made it very easy to exercise the dogs safely. The yard is quite large. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and spacious. I will recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area. Great host.

Family weekend trip

Visiting our daughter for parent & family weekend at MTSU. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Love this cute house. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Ann Marie is great to work with and always quick to get back to me with any questions I had. This time I brought our dog and he loved the huge backyard. Will definitely be back.

Easter weekend visit

In town to visit our daughter for Easter weekend. House was adorable and just what we needed. Comfy and cozy in a quite neighborhood. Close to MTSU. Regret deciding to not bring the puppers. They would have love the huge fenced in back yard.

Best stay for people who like Murfreesboro

We had no issues, perfect spot, everything as described. Maintained but not perfect. Within 12 minutes of downtown and anything you can think off. Nashville is 38 minutes. We would like the property management company to reach out to us, we would like to purchase the home.

Proximity to my daughters wedding venue was perfect! The house is very cute and cozy. Love the semi-circular driveway. The steps up to the front door don’t make it handicap friendly, but that is the only negative comment I could think of. Weather didn’t allow for the use of the back patio and backyard, but it is nice and surprisingly big. Hoping to snatch this one again for future visits. Thank you very much.

Very nice updated home.

Cozy, clean, updated ranch style home. Nice stylish decor. Comfortable bedding, and generously sized fluffy towels. The pet feeding station and doggie waste bags were a nice surprise. Back yard is fenced in and house is pet friendly. Perfect for our stay.

Great, clean, cute house that fit our needs perfectly. Everyone commented on how comfortable their bed was and how well they slept. Perfect space for our group of 6.

Great alternative to area hotels

Very cute home on a quiet residential street. The interior of the home was expertly cleaned before our arrival and the home was cool and comfortable on a hot summer day. The home is fully updated and is a wonderful alternative to the local hotels. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The home is pet friendly and includes a fenced back yard with outdoor seating/lighting and even a fire pit with wood. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit. My ratings: the interior of the home was very clean and tidy. Outside, the trash was overflowing from the bin and some was blowing around the yard. This is apparently due to the trash collection company not fulfilling their contract for services. Location: very quiet but you do need to drive to get to restaurants and shopping. Not a big deal but just be aware. Overall I give it 4.5 stars!
