Welcome to this recently remodeled mainland villa that is just minutes to the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks! A minimum 30 day stay is required for this property! That's okay though, because you will never want to leave anyways!! This lovely property was recently fully updated and furnished. The beautiful WATERFRONT community and location cannot be beat either! Just moments to shopping, activities and an easy walk or bike ride for most, to the BEACH. Within Indian Springs Colony you have access to a large waterfront pool, gym, tennis courts and loads of walking paths that meander along the Intracoastal waterway. Once your inside you will be greeted by the bright, airy modern finishes the new owner has chosen! It truly feels like a little slice of Florida Sunshine! New kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, windows and an in unit washer/dryer. What more could you ask for! Call us today to reserve your stay at your new favorite home away from home! Must book minimum of 12 days prior to desired stay. Condo requires association approval for rental.

Wonderful month

This is and we had a wonderful time. The distance to the beach may be too much for some, but for us it was great for getting our exercise walking to the beach and also to restaurants. The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We hope to see you next year

Reviewer Comments: As a single occupant I found this 2 bedroom unit to be spacious comfortable and well maintained.The complex has great amenities available (pickleball,tennis, big outdoor pool). Only downside was it's north facing balcony that got no sunshine.

The patio did face a busy road but you could not hear any traffic when the slider was closed. Grocery stores were also conveniently close. Would recommend and would stay there again.
