Awesome getaway home for short or longer term trip to Indian Rocks Beach. Welcome to our clean, convenient, comfortable, functional abode to make your vacation spot memorable for all of the right reasons. Those that have stayed find it pretty charming on top of all of those things too. Some have even called it a perfect-piece-of-paradise.

The living space consists of front living room open to kitchen plus a tiled sunroom area in the rear. The kitchen was renovated with replacement maple and navy cabinetry, Quartz countertops, tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances.
Though there are two bedrooms, there are 3 beds total plus a pull-out sofa. There is also a second living space with office and monitor for PC (tower NOT included), this will allow you to work from ‘home’ if you must. Printer is Canon 2522 & uses HDMI connection, it’s not WiFi or AirPrint compatible.
The two bedrooms are on the small side. One has a Queen bed. Second has bunk beds with Queen on the bottom & Twin on top. (Ladder is removable if you have little ones.). There’s adequate headroom over the Queen for adults of any age to use the lower bunk. All mattresses are covered, are newer and are medium in softness. Both bedrooms have TVs.
All flooring in the house (with exception of bathrooms & sunroom) is Pergo Vienna Oak and area rugs warm the space.
Front bathroom is between the two small bedrooms and consists of very small tub (bathing toddlers) with glass shower surround (IE adults can't take a bath but can shower very comfortably). The rear bathroom (off sunroom) houses the washer & dryer and is a surround-style-shower plus other bathroom amenities.

There are wicker chairs with cushions in the sunroom, this area does NOT have air-conditioning or heat. I would consider it a 3-season room. THERE ARE NOT 6 beds in this house - I am not sure why VRBO has a 6-bed count on our profile page. Please read description and details.
