WELL-STOCKED FOR YOUR STAY

The Canal House is thoughtfully equipped so guests can settle in and start enjoying their vacation. The kitchen includes basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and everyday kitchen necessities, along with a Keurig coffee maker. Guests also have beach/pool towels and many of the everyday conveniences you'd expect from a comfortable vacation home.

Pool Heater Charges and Information:

- Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
- Pool size is 23' x 19' x 5' deep.
- Please note that our pools are serviced weekly.

BBQ:

- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

Dog-Friendly Home (+$)

- This is a dog-friendly home.
- There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee.
- There is a two-dog limit.
- Dog(s) must be disclosed, and the additional fee must be paid before arrival.

Parking:

- Two Car Garage + Two Cars in Driveway
- Please return the garage opener on the kitchen counter upon departure, or we will charge $150 to replace it.
- No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish; we do not restock these items. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS:
(This does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights.)
- We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
- If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
- If canceled between 61 and 89 days before arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
- No cancellation or modification is allowed 60 days or less before arrival.
