The property is close to Disney, to the golf courses of Champions Gate, to all main stores (Publix, Target...) but also in front of a gorgeous natural pond... You’ll love this place! The villa offers amazing water views... It can sleep up to 8 guests. The property has 4 bedrooms (1 queen with ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms sharing a jack n jill bathroom and a queen bedroom with attached bathroom) and is located in the gated community of West Haven (15 min drive from Disney). The property got recently upgraded (new paint outside, new decoration items including linen, TV's in all bedrooms). Book it today, enjoy its pool, its spa, its extended deck and its game room (ping pong table and pool table)*. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. **** Pool and SPA heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

IMPORTANT:
- The primary guest needs to be 26+ to rent our home.
- We have a strict non-party policy. Only the registered guests are allowed to enter the property at all times.
- The owner of the property has security cameras on the side of the house and at the front of the house. No tempering is allowed for obvious safety reasons (No cameras inside the house and on the pool deck of course).
- Only two cars are allowed to park at the property. Drivers will need to be registered prior to arrival.
- This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.


What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool/SPA Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

*Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
