Great spot for golf trip

3 of us stayed for a few days of golf. House was very clean, updated & well appointed, exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and convenient stay in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was proactive and responsive, great to work with. I would stay at this property again. The outdoor space looked great but it rained the one free afternoon we had so didn’t get to enjoy it.

We had such a great time! Lovely area and quite neighborhood. Sat by the pool by day and fire pit at night.

Extra Christmas

Needed a place close to other family in the area for a few days. The plus was the parking that accommodated our trailer. Very quiet neighborhood. Not fancy but efficient and met our needs.

Wonderful Experience

Wonderful Property with a Great Backyard

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is outstanding. We brought our pets and it was a very comfortable experience! The property host was very prompt in response. I would definitely stay in this location again.

Awesome Scottsdale oasis

Would highly recommend. This home was very clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard is spectacular with a pool, fire-pit, outdoor grill, and fabulous tv/sitting area. We spent so much time just enjoying this backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We did encounter a hot water issue, but management was very helpful, and a brand-new water heater was installed the next day. Great communication and Scottsdale location!

Home away from home

The property was very clean. Listing was a good representation of the property. It was dog friendly. The pool and grounds were well maintained. There was a storm come through the night we checked in, but everything held up well. Responsive on communication. We would definitely book again

Perfect!

House is exactly as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable, outdoor TV and pool area are awesome, we used both daily. Host was amazing and attentive / quick to respond to all questions and requests. Thanks for everything and looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Gorgeous property

This place is a gem. These pictures of the house are as advertised; I stayed with my wife while I extended a work trip to Arizona. The house has a great open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The main bedroom and master bath are lovely. The backyard is just so much fun. It's well done, with virtually every amenity you can think of to keep you entertained. The grille is excellent, and the outdoor TV area is incredible. The neighborhood is so lovely. It's a quiet street, but if you walk around, you'll run into many people walking their dogs, and everyone will say hi. It's a great place, and I will gladly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Scottsdale.

Wonderful Spot for a getaway

Absolutely loved statying here! It was so clean, exactly as pictured, pool and outside was incredible and the communication with the manager so great. Very quick to respond when we had internet issues which we lost connection a few times but they were alsays fast to respond. Would stay here again, loved having our own pool and space to lounge and enjoy the sun! Great spot in town too, was about 20ish mins away from everything we did as well. They also had a great recommendation list waiting for guests and a nice easy list to read for checkout which was also easy and doable things. Thanks for a great stay!

Snowbird experience

My husband and I decided that we wanted to dip our toe into relocating to AZ during the harsh midwestern winters so we decided on a trial 2 weeks. We booked this property mainly because of the backyard and it didn’t disappoint. It was spacious and beautifully kept. We did have issues with the internet connection when we first arrived but Dani was super helpful in getting that resolved although it took 3 days for Cox to fix it. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many golf courses which we loved. My suggestion for improvement would be to update the sectional as it was not the most comfortable for watching tv at night and the water pressure leaves a little to be desired. Other than that we enjoyed the property and our time in Scottsdale!

House looks great in pictures, but in person seems to have been a handyman’s special. Updates are shoddily done and all of the furniture looks and feels like the IKEA showroom. Tub was so slippery my mom fell. Faucets were caked with hard water deposits, kitchen sink was stained and scratched. Nice to have access to the garage. Backyard is beautiful, but we didn’t get to use it due to wind and rain. No pool fence so the puppy fell in right away. Bring your own toiletries.

I decided to book this place for our ho e away from home. It was the BEST decision I've made.

I've planned to make a short stop to Scottsdale for a couple of days with my family before my niece wedding. The transaction was smooth. The owner was friendly, clear communication, and fast to reply back. This home was perfect and very clean. We enjoy the decor and the interior was beautiful. The bedrooms were tidy and clean sheets. Everything about this house is pretty AMAZING!!! Close to shopping center and restaurants. Great for a weekend or quick getaway! My wife and I enjoyed the place very much! We did alot of cooking and use the grill outside. There were beer and some cooking ingredients in the cabinets. You really don't beed anything else, but to buy meats and vegetables for cooking. They got it all. Lol 😀 The kids love the pool and the enjoyed the backyard games on the lawn. Overall, I give this place 5 🌟 and recommended to anyone who wants to find a place in the heart of Scottsdale. I will book again in the future. Thanks a bunch!

Nice location for family getaway

Property was in a great location and as a family traveling with 3 littles under 2, it was nice to have a private pool, large bbq area, and a fun space to hang out. Although we didn’t not have a pet with us, this was a pet friendly property and there was some pet odor noticed in certain areas of the house, which I imagine is to be expected. The overall house was clean however, there were glade plugins in every room that produced an overwhelming fragrance. The contact for this property responded promptly with any concerns I had. When we ran the dishwasher at the end of our short stay, it started to leak out water and the property contact immediately responded telling us not to worry about cleaning the dirty dishes and such before we left. We were a little bummed out the corn hole was missing two bean bags, and there weren’t a little more pool toys, but overall enjoyed our stay. The property just needs a few maintenance things worked out. I gave 5 stars because I didn’t feel as though any of these inconveniences took away from the fun we had during our trip.
