The house itself was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The backyard however was filthy when we arrived with bird crap and layers of dust and filth on all of the furniture cushions and a broken flood light bulb shattered all over the cool decking.

Perfect!

House and property were lovely. Well maintained, beautifully decorated and had everything necessary to host Easter weekend for our family. I would not change a thing and plan to rent again.

Just what we needed

This property was exactly what our family needed! Everything was clean, property manager was incredibly responsive to our minimal needs, and we loved everything about the home! Extra comfy pillows and the towels were the fluffiest!

The property is impeccably decorated, the towels are plush, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, living room is arranged for cozy comfort. The backyard has a trampoline! I loved it. The pool is so fabulous with 4 lounge chairs and big colorful beach towels

Nice private backyard

Overall great house for a family of 5 plus grandparents. Great communication with home owner. The trampoline, heated pool and pool table gave everyone plenty to do at the house. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and the grill worked out great. We loved the quiet and private backyard. We are a hiking family and it was a bit further to some of the trails then we expected. But would stay again!

Great Place!

Overall our stay was great. The setup was ideal for our family of 7(2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 3 kids) which includes an 18 month old. Heated pool with the fence for the toddler was awesome and the reason we booked. A couple of things that didn't detract from the 5 star rating but would definitely recommend: adding handles to the cabinets/draws in the kitchen and having a couple of plug in fans or sound machines for white noise (there weren't any). The property manager was great and responsive when we had needs or questions. Would return!

Amazing Week!

We had a wonderful week! The property was perfect for our party. We had 4 adult and 4 kids. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were very comfortable, towels were fluffy and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. We spent many hours outside in the lounge chairs by the pool. The property manager was quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again if we are in area!

A wonderful property in a great location!

I stayed at this property for 5 nights on short notice and we were thoroughly impressed! I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals and this is easily at the top of my list in the Phoenix area. Luciana proactively communicated and kindly hosted us with only 3-4 days notice. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Although we didn’t bring kids here, this property seemed very kid-friendly (in a way that does not negatively impact an adults only stay). The neighborhood is really nice and feels safe. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, although not within walking distance. The pool table was a nice touch, and the short cues helped given the space constraint. I would certainly book this property again.
