Great getaway

Backyard Paradise

Everything about this rental property was great! Communication with the owners and check-in process was a breeze. The house is a short distance to many popular shore attractions but tucked away on a quiet street. The backyard (which we barely left) is amazing...a true oasis! I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

Bring a projector and extension cord for the pool!

The first thing about the house is it smells great. The driveway into the house is easy to access and the backroad is peaceful but not too out of the way. Neighbors seem friendly enough. They even left 2 bottles of wine and some information about the area. Shannon is great and very easy to communicate with and she keeps you posted about the start of the trip as well as gives you her and associates contact so that you can reach our if you have any problems. The pool is great with plenty of furniture and it is really nice that you can stay at the pool for your whole stay and not leave the house. There is a nearby trader Joe's and diner and smashburger and of course a very close Walmart in case you just want to show up and get Walmart clothes and beach gear when you get here. Inside the garage is a washer and dryer so you can of course wash your clothes and linens here. There is wifi of course and cable team. It has a main living room and even a study if you want to go off and close the door. If you are really needing some peace and quiet you can go upstairs and take a nap but the best place of course is the pool if it is not too hot. The place is compact but not so small that you feel cramped. There are multiple recliners in the living room and no pets are allowed which is a great idea for anyone who might be sensitive to pets. The fans work great and of course do not use the wall remotes only use the handheld remotes to control the fans. The kitchen has all you need, oven, microwave, radio, toaster, air fryer. Outside there is a gas grill. I think the temperature is super cold on the ground floor and a little warmer upstairs. The plumbing is great and you want have to worry about slow drains in the bathrooms or the kitchen sink. The water pressure is also great which at some vacation houses is more like a garden hose on a slow trickle. Not so here. The water is blasting. Be sure to bring some bluetooth speaker for when you are relaxing at the pool but be respectful to your neighbors as they are blocked by a huge fence but they are are right on the other side. The pool is great and of course your kids will figure out to put the pool noodle up to the pool jet which of course let's them shoot pool water all over the rest of the people. The next door neighbor screams "get outta here!" I think there are a few stray cats in the neighborhood and I thought it was me but we got really quiet and he kept yelling once in a while "get outta here!" (Tourettes??)

Just Like Being Home ... But With A Pool!

The house is cozy and comfortable with large recliners, cushy beds and big flatscreen TVs. The furnishings are beautiful and everything you could possibly need is provided for you – just bring your linens and towels. The house is on a very quiet street and the back deck is gorgeous with its outdoor furniture, BBQ, fire pit and huge pool. This is the ideal place for a couple, a small family or 4 adults. Wonderful communication with the owners who made us feel right at home.
