We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Kyoto. Sandy and her husband were so kind and helpful. They provided a walking tour to the closest grocery stores, restaurants, bicycle rentals, train stations, and bars. We had 7 guests, including teens. There are 4 bedrooms, one on each level, with floor beds. The listing states one bathroom-there are actually 2 toilets-one on the first floor and one on the third floor. There is one bathing room or shower room. This worked well for us. The train station and bus station are close, and it's easy to navigate to shrines, temples, and other districts. If you want an authentic, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood, this is the best! We had an amazing experience!! Thank you Sandy:)

京都に住む母のお祝いのため、各地からの家族の集合に利用させていただきました。十数名のホームパーティーには1Fリビングは手狭でしたが、オーナーさんから手作り野菜をいただいたり、車椅子を貸して頂いたりと親切に対応いただきました。近くにスーパー、子供を遊ばせる公園、銭湯などがあり便利でした。ホームページの位置図が異なっているので、住所で確認した方がよいです。

車で訪れたが宿の場所が分からなかったが、電話対応や、宿の外の道に出てきてくださり対応して頂き助かった。 一棟貸しのため、自分の家のようにくつろぐことができて、良かった。 住宅密集地だったが、とても静かだった。 忘れ物をしてしまったが、すぐに対応してくださり、助かった。
