About this property

Cozy west coast suite five minutes from the beach

Located in the West Shore, we are a five minute drive from royal bay beach, close to the galloping goose trail, minutes from downtown Langford, and about a 25 minute drive to beautiful Downtown Victoria.
Our above garage suite is best suited for 1-2 people. It has its own private entrance, lots of windows allowing the space to feel nice and bright, and is equipped with free wifi, a fire tv, a queen sized bed, blackout curtains in the bedroom, A/C, and in suite laundry.

Fun get away

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Victoria celebrating his birthday. The weather was beautiful and everything just great. Very nice place, convenient and quiet neighborhood.

Nice modern home! Everything in the stay was clean, bright, new and easy to find, during my 4-night stayThe huge trees and rocky hills in the neighbourhood were a great treat for this prairie-native!Most shopping from bottles to groceries and any other essentials are 5-minutes easy drive away.More diverse shopping (from hardware to boutiques) are plentiful in walkable downtown Langford, 12 mins by car.Hatley castle grounds (10 minutes by car) makes a nice stroll if you’re a garden fan, but… Hot Tip: they’re only open for tours “inside” the castle during summer months!Victoria is 25 min drive, scenic or freeway - your choice - so this spot is kind of the best of all worlds!

Langford suite

We enjoyed our stay immensely, our previous location in Sooke was a disappointment so it was nice to stay at a clean and bright. The location was central to friends we have on the west shore as well as a little north. The only issue was with the amount of stairs, we’re both seniors so it was a little challenging with the luggage but we survived.

Lovely town, my one suggestion is to have a book. With local places to eat and attractions, local coffee shops WiFi info . 5 min from the beach I never found or saw a beach while on the island . I didn’t see access signs .when I asked I was given what the locals call the beach…trying to google that”name “gave me directions to a beach 1.5 away. I did see beaches from the ferry though.

Quiet and beautiful secluded away from the hustle & Bustle.

Rachel is a great host, quick to answer any questions. Such a cozy, clean and quiet place. Super comfy Bed. Close to beach, grocery store and outside of the busy touristy areas. Had an opportunity to chat with neighbours and everyone was also super friendly. Langford location is a quick drive to so many beautiful beaches and great hikes. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again in tge near future! Paradise 😊

Really nice apartment

Really good unit, everything you need and a very comfortable bed! It's a bit out of the way but as long as you have a car, shops are close and not far from Victoria.

The property was exactly as advertised except for the stairs. They were not a problem for me, but as an an older senior it might have been a cocern. Overall the suite was excellent
