Large private suite approximately with 900+ square feet. Within walking distance of Elk Lake and Mattick’s Farm. Hardwood throughout, cable TV, smart TV, induction hot plate, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Laundry room available in the main house with keypad entry access. Separate bedroom with desk and ample floor space, separate sitting room, living room and kitchen. Brand new bathroom, free parking and private key entry entrance. Situated on a four-acre hobby farm with an amazing view, patio space and a few friendly sheep and chickens to visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The listing was exactly as described, and everything met our expectations. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and made check-in and our stay easy from start to finish. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extra touches for our family pets, which made them feel just as welcome as we did. This Cordova Bay area property was both cozy and roomy. Very quiet, had everything we needed & much more. Very relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the living room love seats. Great coffee/tea station, well stocked kitchen. Lovely sunny patio area. Fast wifi, big screen tv with tons of channels. Has a country feel but is close to everything. Grocery store 5 min drive, close to beaches, Burchart Gardens, & Victoria. Would book again without hesitation, highly recommend. We loved it!

Carol is an attentive host and we feel very welcome when we stay. The location is very tranquil and yet moments from the highway. My husband and I enjoy the experience of being on a farm and love to see the sheep wandering by while we have our morning coffee.

An amazing place to stay. Our host Carol was wonderful and we'd recommend it 100 percent. It was a lot more than we expected and although it is out in the rural area, it is still easily accessible to all Victoria amenities. It was well worth our stay.

As soon as we turned into the lane I knew we were in my happy place! The yard was in full bloom with plumb trees, rhododendrons and magnolias! Then we saw the sheep, chickens and ducks nearby. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio to take it all in. This farm girl felt quite at home!Carol set up our accommodation with everything to make us and our dogs feel welcome and comfortable. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet oasis with easy access to amenities.
