Located on a secluded 5 acre property, Winders Estate is the perfect launchpad to visit the local Hunter Valley wineries, restaurants, pubs & cafes, and is a stones throw away from the historic towns of Maitland & Morpeth.

Alternatively, stay in & enjoy what this home offers; natural landscapes inhabited by native wildlife, spacious interiors, all year-round entertaining & breathtaking views.

Winders Estate is a newly refurbished 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom private residence with modern appliances throughout. The property’s relentless attention to detail will make your stay comfortable and keep your guests entertained all week long. The home is spacious and has a plethora of options for inside and outside activities.

Winders Estate is perfect for families or a group of friends, where you can enjoy what this stunning property has to offer.

- Modern appliances with a Bosch induction cooktop, Miele oven & microwave
- Kitchen appliances to suit all cooking skills. You name it, it’s there!

- Enclosed outdoor gas BBQ so you can cook up a storm without smoking up the kitchen!
- All your BBQ utensils & trays to host that lunch you’ve been dreaming about.

Formal Living Room & separate Dining area:
- Dining area for breakfasts, quick lunches or just conversations and card games!

TV Room:
- 65 inch flat screen TV with Chromecast, perfect for watching movies (Netflix? Stan? Prime? Foxtel? We’ve got it all for you to use!)
- Brick heater & Reverse cycle heater to ensure your comfort throughout the year

Large enclosed Patio:
- Large dining area (16 mtrs!) with a dining table that seats 12+ for those large groups
- 75 inch flat screen TV with Chromecast so you don’t miss out on the action during dinner

Outdoor Living Areas:
- Splash into the solar heated pool with shallow areas for the kids in the warmer months
- Too cold for the pool? How about roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire pit
- Enjoy the landscape and the neighbouring cattle station by having a picnic on the grounds (picnic mat + picnic table provided for guest use).

- Pool Table - 6ft 'pub' style table to keep you entertained for hours

Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are across the house from the master bedroom and also includes queen sized beds.

The 5th bedroom adjoins the games room, and has an inbuilt workspace.

The bedrooms and home will easily accommodate 10 people. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room for another two guests to use for an extra charge if requested. Extra guests above 10 people will incur a fee.

Great location for a family gathering

The location was perfect for our extended family. There was plenty of space for all ages to either gather together or to have some time apart. The beds were extremely comfy and the rooms were well heated. The welcoming wine and chocolates were a delightful surprise. All in all an outstanding, spacious property.

Weekend getaway from Sydney

I had family over from New Zealand and wanted to get them out of Sydney for a weekend. The property was amazing! The place was so well kept and it was huge! The weekend couldn’t have gone better. Thank you so much for a great weekend away!

An absolute gem to stay in - the huge land , beautiful scenery , and gorgeous home was an absolute treasure to stay in. Splendid serenity

The property is nestled on an amazing plot of land with so much room for activities, and with such great views, it's the perfect getaway. The interior is well furbished, the outdoor patio bbq area is clean and has everything you need, there are shops nearby and the owners were super helpful and friendly, making the experience very worthwhile. The heater and fireplaces were all in working condition, the rooms are comfortable, the living areas have good entertainment inputs, and there is a pool room with its own bedroom next to it - which my friends and family loved.

Wholesome and Exciting

Group of 10 adults, staying two nights for a surprise birthday celebration. Everyone had a strong reaction of ‘wow’ as we walked in. Immaculate, spacious, and welcoming. After only a few minutes of reviewing the well thought out signage and opening doors, the atmosphere quickly felt like home. The multiple living spaces all invite social activities and conversation, instead of TV or other distractions. Progressing to dinner was met with a meticulously organised and over resourced kitchen, banquet style dining area, and a stunning sunset view over the pool and grass. (The pool was very popular, but three paragraphs of praise is getting long!) The hosts of this stay have created a wonderful home, and sharing it was a privilege.

This is where we come to have a break from the hustle and bustle of our lives back in the city. We love the space, the seclusion and the serenity that we experience every time we stay in our home in Wine Country, Hunter Valley.

We’re so grateful that there’s so many local cafes, pubs and wineries to choose from! We absolutely love the location of our property and it’s close proximity to everything required to make an enjoyable holiday.
