This property is located 1 mile from the vibrant yet quaint Siesta Village, where shopping, dinning and all manner of fun rental experiences await (bikes, surfboards and segues to name a few). Don't want to walk and prefer not to drive yourself to the Village? No worries - you can call one of several free shuttle services to transport you to and from your Village destination.

On site amenities include a heated pool and shuffle board, a clubhouse with billiards, ping pong and an exercise facility. Laundry machines are available on property.

This condo is exactly as advertised. Very roomy. Adequately supplied kitchen items and beach items. The location is perfect! Directly across from the beach and a short walk to the Village. I would definitely recommend this property!!

The condo is just as pictured. It’s right across the street from the beach! Beach chairs, cooler, wagon, and umbrella are provided. Make sure you bring toilet paper with you. Our only complaint was there was no remote to control the streaming apps but they ordered one. It was perfect for the two of us. We’d stay here again. Great location!

Great stay

Nice, clean place. Perfect for what we were looking for (myself and my partner). Right across the street from the main beach access and about 1 mile away from the main village. With a trolley stop right out front, it was a perfect location for us!

Very nice condo

We had a great stay! Condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler were a bonus! Steps to gorgeous Siesta Key beach! Trolley stop right out front (trolley operates on tips only) was a super easy way to get to the village for dinner.

Great Vacation Condo

This condo is exactly what is advertised. The condo had everything we needed. The location was excellent, right across from the beach entrance. The bed was excellent and the air conditioner worked great. The pull out was ok but the kids did not mind. The condo also had a few extras not advertised but difinitely needed (beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and a small cooler). I left behind some childrens beach toys as well. The facilities were great the pool was warm, staff was very nice. I do not have a single negative thing to say about this property.

Perfect for 2

The condo was very clean and tidy, with the exception of the blankets. Both were dirty and had something stuck on them, so I washed them myself. The kitchen was not as well stocked as some we have stayed in (with the exception of pots and pans), but it still met our needs. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and it was stocked with beach items - several beach towels, 2 nice beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler. There was a sewer smell in the shower drain after use, but it dissipated in time. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and that was inconvenient. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. It was directly across from the public beach and a trolley stop was in front of the building. All in all, it was very convenient and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Comfortable condo!

My husband and I spent the week (4/8 - 4/15/2023). Location is great for Siesta Key beach and the shuttle stop to head into the village is right out front. The condo itself is well furnished (newer, not worn out). The king size bed is comfortable and the pillows aren't cheap ones that go flat after your head is on them for 10 minutes. Appears to be adequate utensils for cooking but we didn't cook once in our whole stay 🤣🤣 A nice surprise was the beach chairs, umbrella and little cooler that were in the condo for use. There were also beach towels (and other linens provided). Our only eh.. moments were we were provided 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. We picked up a 4 pack of tp at a dollar general so not a really biggy. Another eh moment is you can hear the upstairs tenant and they were up at 6:30ish every morning walking around (literally who does that much back and forth here there everywhere at that hour 😒). And last the toilet fills incredibly slow, if you need to use it and someone right after you uses it, beware it won't flush until the tank fills and that takes forever so you can leave a surprise for the next person or be aware. Overall just minor nuisances not vacation ruiners by any means! Would definitely stay again if we had an interest to be in Siesta Key again!

Fall vaca

Condo is basically completely renovated, which was nice! Everything was so clean. Steps away from gorgeous sand at Siesta, which is our favorite beach. Owners seemed to have purchased a new TV for main living area and we were unable to log into our own streaming accounts or have access to their cable which was disappointing for late evenings once we were back from beach for the nights. Another minor issue, not any plastic platters/plates in condo, which would have been nice since grill is a community grill on other side of parking lot. Could also use a few more utensils. Overall, we loved this rental and are hoping to return next year. Thanks for a great stay!
