Our group of 12 were very comfortable here with plenty of space. Any issues, which were small and normal things, were just a speedy text away in being dealt with. We'd stay there again!

House was a great size. Pictures make it seem in newer condition than it is. Appliances weren’t working when we arrived. Shower in master bathroom wasn’t draining. There was a big empty fish tank that looked like it was there for years. The house was very close to the beach. Just a quick few minute walk and you were at the water. The pool was a few blocks away and kinda small. The island was great. Great food and shops.

The Oceanviews and house were 10 out of 10. The house had plenty of room for our family. The only thing is a lot of things in the house were out of order. They had to replace the dishwasher while we were there and you cannot adjust the air, so if you run hot, you will stay hot even at night. We called several times but the air was never adjusted. Overall, the house was nice but needed work. We had to hang a curtain in one bedroom because it didn’t have one. It’s a great home but needs some work so that you can enjoy all of it.

Parking in the driveway is great as the town has excessive charges/tickets for street parking. The association pool is a few short blocks aways, easy to walk to. The beach is only 3 houses away. Overall, the 14 of us had a great time. The house could use some bathroom door repairs as well as kitchen faucet repairs.

Perfect! Great place for family - total 7 adults and 5 kids. Location was excellent and accommodations top notch - we said overall, this is probably the best property in all of Tybee Island!

So close to the beach and great spot and pretty quiet. We had a few issues but the property managers did a great job managing and helping resolve our concerns. We would stay there again for sure.

Perfect location & Plenty of Space

Can't beat the location for this house! We had more than enough room. Less than 3 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to pool, shops, restaurants.

Great house, great location!

The house is beautiful and so functional for our 2 families to enjoy some time at the beach. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop grill and views of the ocean. The beach is close enough to walk back and forth throughout the day. We definitely recommend it, and hope to be back!

Beautiful and spacious house. Rooftop is a nice feature but can be windy and cool. Kitchen and living room area is spacious. Great location for beach access. Close to restaurants and shops. Elevator is nice especially when checking in and out and bringing in groceries. Property needs a couple of minor repairs (sliding bathroom doors and ice maker). Would definitely rebook.

This is the perfect location for a large family or friends trip!!! The house has plenty of beds for everyone, a large stocked kitchen (there isn't a gadget, glass or dish you are missing) and plenty of space to congregate in the living area or the amazing rooftop patio. The location was less than a block to the beach and 2 blocks to bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of private parking (which is great in Tybee). The elevator in the house was helpful to get groceries to the top floor kitchen and suitcases to the bedroom level. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Moms 60th

We came here to celebrate my mom’s 60th somewhere we had never been. The convenience to everything on the island as well as the beach were perfect. The house was better than expected and had plenty of space for everyone. Island is definitely a little run down but if you’re just looking to enjoy the beach and relax this the place.

Very pleased

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 days and we enjoyed every moment. Having an elevator was perfect for my mother in law. The rooms were great for everyone. The rooftop was perfect to enjoy sunset dinners. The property is also perfect walking distance to the beach and other stores/restaurants in the area.

Perfect home. Perfect location.

This house and property manager made our friends trip to Tybee everything we could ask for. Walking distance from the beach is a major advantage with a group of people. The roof top area was huge allowing us to prepare and have dinner with ocean views on one side and beautiful sunsets on the other. We will be back!

What a beautiful place

Girls Trip III - 2024. This is our 2nd time staying in Tybee Island. It was 9 women aged 60 to 78. We loved the accommodations at Oceanside Mansion. Very close to the beach, walking distance to the pier and restaurants. We really enjoyed the house. Having an elevator in the house made all the difference in the world to us. We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of space and beautiful view. The downside is the house just felt run down. Several doors didn’t close very well. All of the screen doors were unusable which made the balcony hard to utilize. The top level was hard to cool down. They were responsive when we had issues with the air. We were just bummed on a house describing itself as a “mansion” to not be in the best shape. It’s also for sale which I found interesting for the state it’s in.

east coast vacation

everything could have been excellent- except, pocket doors broke at bath rooms, could not close-manager never fixed master bedroom pocket door, finally fixed #2 bedroom door, , could not access bedroom balcony-screen broke in the closed position- manager finally fixed after couple calls, top deck door would not close allowing top floor bedrooms not to cool properly -manger emailed about this problem before arriving, said would be fixed, after a couple calls finally fixed, surprised these issues existed for price they charge for property

Host was attentive but the amenities were poorly maintained. The "second kitchen was totally useless- defective faucet, molded ice maker, non-functional dishwasher. Broken can opener, not enough silverware, We were unable to change the HVAC temperatures in all the rooms- house was cold for some and hot for others. Broken cords on many of the blinds. NO ICE MAKER.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, we were not made aware of mold in the ice maker, nor of the broken can opener or insufficient silverware—we would have been happy to provide replacements during your stay. The thermostats in the home are manually controlled, and we would have gladly assisted with adjusting temperatures if requested. Please know that all the issues you noted will be addressed with the property to ensure a better experience for future guests. We sincerely appreciate your feedback.
