But wait there is more …. You will be overlooking the famous Alex Bluff surf break at your doorstep.

Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Alexandra Parade.   It is people watching at its best.  Walk to Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland patrolled beaches, shops, surf clubs, restaurants & supermarkets.  Wake up and check the surf from your balcony in the morning or enjoy evening drinks.  The lovely breezes off the ocean will keep you nice and cool.

This beautifully appointed, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachfront apartment is newly furnished and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

With the clever way the open plan Kitchen, dining and lounge have been furnished allows you to utilise the bar chairs throughout to enjoy a meal and a drink from so many vantage points, including the internal bar height dining table, beachside window breakfast bar and/or the unique balcony railing adjustable table.  Don’t forget to also relax and enjoy a book on the outdoor balcony couch.

Excellent time

This was our first time in Australia and it was excellent. The property was great. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the porch watching the surfers and street life below. Easy to walk to grocery store, restaurants and beaches. It is a bit of a climb to the third floor but the breeze and view are amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect position with the best views, a homeaway from home with everything and more you might need to make your holiday very comfortable. Lovely beachy modern decor. Being on the third floor and despite the awesome views over the headland the stair access could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Lovely views

This is an excellent property. Well appointed, great location (close to shops, eateries), dedicated parking spot. It was great having a drink sitting on the balcony, watching the waves and activities. Only downfall for me, as I am slightly mobility impaired was the stairs up to the apartment, and the step up into the shower. Despite these drawbacks for me, loved our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
