Amazing stay at this Condo

Highly recommend. This beautiful condo is equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer , beach chairs, buggy boards and snorkeling gear.Located convenient near all the beautiful beaches. Outdoor furnished lanai was great bonus.Host was amazing, accommodating all of our needs.Our family of 5 had a great time. We will be back soon.

Clean and family friendly

We had a great stay, the condo was very clean and the property grounds were well maintained. It’s a nice central location to access beaches and other parts of the island.

Good Location

This condo was exactly as presented. The location was great. Easy access to many beaches and resorts. There are several casual places to get food nearby, which was really nice after a long day of having fun! It's an easy 25 min drive to Waimea, which is actually closer than Kona and has some good restaurants (Fish and Hog), grocery stores and a Longs. We drove one day to Hilo area, and it was about hour and a half. The condo itself was more than suitable with a peaceful view of the golf course and distant ocean from the lanai. The only problem we had was the a/c in the first-floor bedroom wasn't very effective and was crazy loud like a rock tumbler! Fortunately, there wasn't really any need for it, and the ceiling fan was plenty for a good nights sleep. Management was very responsive when we needed something. Overall, I would recommend this condo and we would most definitely stay here again.

We had a great time on the Big Island. Our stay at the Wiakoloa Village worked out perfect. Golf, beaches near by, whale watching and plenty of places to grab a bite and enjoy a cold/adult beverage. Awesome.

We had a wonderful time with our grandchildren. My son is building a home in Volcano Village so this worked out great for the kids to come over to this side of the island. We would love to stay again in the future. The unit had everything.

Location was great the house was beautiful the manager was very responsive my only complaint is that the AC didn't work very well at first when I cleaned the filter it worked great but there was only two rolls of toilet paper for 3 weeks they did bring more when asked

Great place!

This is a great condo. The location was very good in between a lot of things we wanted to do on the Big island. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had great, responsive communication with the manager while we were there. There are some really nice restaurants and a good grocery store and gas station nearby.

Incredible place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Shopping really close. This place is really nicely decorated and functional. A short ride to some of the most beautiful beached you will ever see and has everything you need from beach towels to beach chairs. Only a few steps away from the pool and hot tub is so nice. Only about 2 hours away from Volcano National Park and we were lucky enough to be able to experience the volcano erupting. A once in a lifetime event for sure! Our only disappointment is that we had to leave! Will stay here the next time!

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful place. Needs more air conditioning units. Was very hot to sleep. Besides that it was a wonderful location close to grocery store and food places. Spent more time at the ocean and pool. We would definitely stay again.

Chic Waikoloa Condo Experience

We ended up leaving a day earlier than scheduled. We were very excited to stay in this beautifully restored condo. It is very well redone. But there were hiccups from the very start. When we arrived after 24 hours of traveling due to traveling issue the code given to us from our host, Tiffany, would not work. She then told us via text that the key box gets stuck and to continue to try it. We worked at it outside for 30 minutes with no one coming to assist us. So after not hearing back from her my husband called Evolve where a lady gave us another code that let us in right away and the lock was not "stuck" at all. There is a binder that gives instructions on things. We found this so helpful. Yet, there is no instructions on how to use the AC unit at all and the ceiling fan upstairs does no work with the remote control at all. The front room gets no air whatsoever. There are fantastic blinds upstairs - and even directions for those blinds in the binder I just mentioned on how to use them. But in the front bedroom (the bedroom that has the two biggest windows that takes in the most sun all day) the blinds would not pull up or down for us so that we could open the windows. This condo is advertised that it can sleep 6, yet the murphy bed (in the pictures on this site) also has bedding on it. There was no comforter or blankets to be found and we had to go and purchase one to sleep with. Upstairs the master sink would not drain while using it and the shower door would not slide at all. One night there a cockroach went running across the floor. We got a great picture of that one for you too. We decided to leave the next morning. I sent all text messages, and pictures of the cockroach to Evolve and received no reply back from them on these issues.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We apologize for the issue during the check-in process and while we provide that information in the pre-stay email with complete instructions to access the code, in error the wrong access code was provided by the Guest Contact, and that communication fell short. We have addressed this with the guest contact to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers -We strive to make our house as comfortable as possible for our guests, our local concierge manager ensured that the sheets were on the bed and the comforter was in the sofa ottoman and the pillows were in the drawer underneath attached to the Murphy bed -If you had any questions we wish you would have let us know so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay -You let us know about the blinds, shower door, and master sink not draining properly, we attempted to address the issue immediately, and we would have been more than happy to resolve this issue during your stay. however, this was declined by your group -Regarding the blinds, we had a maintenance check after your stay, and to be used precisely they need to be released and lowered, The ceiling fans and remote are working it shouldn't be a concern for future guests -The property is treated quarterly by pest control to keep the area maintained to ensure a clean, comfortable, and great environment -Based on your feedback we will be updating the Welcome book to add instructions for the air conditioner and the comforter location for the Murphy bed so we can continue to improve for future guests -All the concerns with the home have been addressed and is working properly, so we can ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded -Our goal is to ensure that every guest who stays in our home has a great experience and we endeavor to be very responsive to anything that comes up! We are accustomed to providing a 5-star experience for all of our guests and making your time at our home the best it can be. We're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

Oceanview Condo

This was an older condo that was nicely renovated inside. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a lovely ocean view from the lanai (outside porch) that could be enjoyed from a cozy outdoor couch. Prepare to eat all your meals outdoors- there is bar seating indoors, but no formal table/eating area inside. It shouldn't be an issue, though, as the view outside was lovely. To consider: One of the master bedrooms is situated in an upstairs loft if privacy is a concern. Noise carries downstairs and vice versa. Also, the upstairs bathroom is situated in a tight space and would not easily accomodate larger-bodied guests. That said, I would return to this property and recommend it to others if they were okay with the upstairs bed and bath situation..

Cute condo

My family and I stayed here as a staycation for the weekend as our baby shower was being held in Waikoloa. Overall, this condo is really spacious and cozy. The couch & Murphy bed was really cool & convenient. My teenagers put the couch together to make a giant bed and the Murphy bed mattress was really comfy. The upstairs master is super cute, only downfall is the shower space is quite small. There is only one portable a/c unit upstairs which doesn’t cool the entire condo. The fans didn’t seem too powerful either. And for the locals, I’d recommend bringing a rice cooker as there is none in the unit. We had to cook rice on the stovetop. We’d stay here again knowing that we’d need to pack a few extra things :). The decor is really cute & modern! Would definitely recommend to others! Thank you for your hospitality.
