Quiet, comfortable

This casita has an extremely well appointed kitchen (lots of dishes, appliances and cooking utensils) and six-chair dinette, huge bathroom and huge closet (so helpful to store luggage), and small living room. We had easy access to a great hot tub. We did not use the unheated pool. Small issues: We did not find the LR furniture very comfortable. Guests should also note that BR opens directly onto the LR so it’s more like a studio than a 1BR. Neighborhood is off main roads, quiet enough to hear great horned owls, with a nearby firehouse but the sirens didn’t activate very often. We rented this place for its adjacency to our daughter’s home. Overall, for guests who like to cook in-house, this is a great option. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for our "vacation" from our vacation

We were taking a driving tour of Arizona and New Mexico. Half way thru our trip we scheduled a multi day stop at this lovely casita. The amenities were great and its quiet location was a perfect respite after short day trips around Tucson.We highly recommend this casita and will book again whenever we are in the Tucson area.

Lovely getaway

Relaxing and restful. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub as well as taking a cold plunge in the pool each night. The house was well supplied and the bed was comfortable. The owner provided clear instructions for use of the house. I would highly recommend staying here!

The best getaway

We were there to unplug & renew, this was the perfect place to do it. Quiet, private & relaxing. The hot tub & fire pit were perfect at night after a long day. I eould highly recommend staying here.

Great Cottage

We were very comfortable in this cottage. It was the perfect size for the two of us. It has a great location, is very clean, and well stocked with needed items. It feels like you are in a bird sanctuary when sitting outside.

Quiet and Cozy

Exactly what we were looking for to get out of the city for a couple of nights. The pool and the spa were the main selling points and both were great. The owner lives in a separate home on the property but we were given all of the privacy that we wanted. The house was very nice and clean. We would stay here again.

This was our first VRBO and we were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and very well equipped. The host was onsite but we only saw him once. Bill was very helpful when we had questions about the area or restaurants. Loved the area.
