Looking for a condo that's close to all your favorite restaurants and attractions but also offers stunning beachfront views? Surf Side Shores 2504 has it all! This Gulf-front condo provides breathtaking water views and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a sectional sofa, and a Pack and Play for a child.

The master bedroom and living room both offer direct balcony access, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig/drip combo coffee maker, and convenient amenities like a washer and dryer. Whether you're swimming in the outdoor pool or watching your children splash in their own pool, you'll have a front-row seat to the beautiful Gulf.

Just a mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, Surf Side Shores 2504 is perfectly situated to offer both relaxation and excitement. Enjoy easy access to local attractions while benefiting from the convenience of two comfy beach chairs, two breezy beach umbrellas, and a beach wagon provided for your use.

Amenities:
Surf Side Shores offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Relax by the beachfront pools or let the kids splash around in the kiddie pool. Guests also have access to the pools in buildings 1 and 2, which feature heated pools maintained by the HOA and available from November to March on an alternating annual schedule. For outdoor dining, take advantage of the communal barbecue grills.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful at the condo we had a great stay.The beach was right there, so convenient. The condo had everything you needed.We were informed the washer was not working the day after we got there.They tried to fix but did not get it. They offered a laundry service for us thank goodness.They were so nice and easy to work with at Bender making the reservation etc.Great trip!😊

Amazing View

I could sit on the balcony forever. Perfect size condo, large balcony. We enjoyed our time there. We did bring a new toaster and left at the condo. Thanks to a previous commenter.

Nice condo

Location of this condo was perfect for us. Amenities were good; kitchen well stocked, wagon and chairs for the beach. Kids really enjoyed the pool. My main complaint is the overall cleanliness of our condo. It could really use a DEEP clean & linens washed in a different washer/dryer that doesn’t have sand all in it.

Great view from balcony. Excellent location with easy access to beach. The sofa is comfortable, but a tight squeeze to get all 4 chairs around the dinner table. A bit musty/dingy - but it is the gulf coast.

Perfection

I loved this condo! The balcony was front and center, not too high, no obstructed views. French doors opening to balcony from bedroom, so the view waking up was beautiful. Condo is right off the elevator, complex is mid size so no waiting for elevator and beach is not packed out like the bigger places. Condo was decorated just as pictured and bed was so comfortable. I come to the beach at least once, sometimes twice a summer and this is one of my favorites! It was me and my husband on balcony and beach so we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. If I’m going to be picky the only things we missed was a toaster and a Keurig/ K cup coffee maker but I hate to mention anything negative because this trip was perfect. Thanks to the owners for sharing such a happy beach place!

Great Location. Needs Deep Cleaning

The location of this condo is great. Steps away from the beach with the pool overlooking the beach. The condo however was not very clean. Disappointing to find the balcony had food/crumbs all over the floor. Dirty towels in the washing machine. The refrigerator and under the cabinets were dirty. Near the vents in the bathroom was full of dust. And the door leading to the balcony was not clean and had hand prints all over. The condo could benefit from a deep cleaning. I love the beach and spent my days outside, but I did spend a lot of money on a condo for a vacation so it was upsetting to not have it clean. I also vacation 2x's a year in Gulf Shores and never wrote a bad review.

The location of Surf Side Shores is indeed terrific - just one mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores with its restaurants and activities. We are so sorry that you experienced housekeeping issues; while deep cleans are conducted every fall after the busy spring and summer season, we would have most certainly addressed every issue had we been made aware. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start, our experience with Bender Realty was top notch. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable every time I spoke with them. We were a little confused checking in (our fault) but when we figured it out it was smooth sailing. We picked up our packet and they even offered to let us change clothes in their bathroom so we could enjoy the pool/beach while we waited for our room to be ready. When we got to our room (which was within the quoted time) we were amazed. From the minute we walked inside we felt that this would be a very different vacation. The condo immediately felt like home. The balcony view was amazing! Beach/Oceanfront just as described. The balcony was so roomy and had plenty of furniture for everyone to sit out there together.The fully equipped kitchen was great with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, pantry space, dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator. I believe it even had a Crock-Pot and electric griddle although we didn't use those.The wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrellas were in great shape and very convenient. We've rented condos before where they were provided but ended up being broken or you needed a tetanus shot before using. However, these were great and we definitely didn't need to bring our own.The washer/dryer were so convenient. Next time, we will pack WAY less clothes but it's such an awesome feeling not having mountains of laundry waiting for you when you get home.The pool/beach were great! They never felt overcrowded. We spent all day and most evenings at the beach. It was so family friendly!We had never been to Gulf Shores so we didn't know what to expect. It was a little too far for us to walk to the Parkway where all the main shopping/restaurants/activities were, but a hop in the car took us no more than 20mins to get anywhere we wanted.
