Ocean House II-Beautiful 6th Floor Unit w/ amazing Oceanfront View- Sleeps 4

Welcome to our 2 Bed/2Bath, unit! The beach & pool views are incredible w/ easy access to all Gulf Shores has to offer. Ocean House II boasts the largest, heated pool in the area.

This unit is located right off the elevator in the center of the building.

Primary Bedroom (king bed) has access to the oversized balcony w/ a front & center view of the Gulf. Our spacious Guest bedroom (King bed) has its own private bathroom. This is a perfect unit for a couples getaway!. Living room has leather sofa, power recliner w/ direct balcony access AND direct Gulf views!

Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent & must be in attendance at this property.

Cancellation- We encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

You will receive a confirmation email after you book.

Check-in information & door codes will be sent the day prior to your stay & at noon the day of your arrival to the email address used when your trip was booked.

Previous guests often leave beach items for others to enjoy. Do not take beach items you did not provide as they are an added luxury for future guests. You may want to bring your own to ensure you have the items you need as we do not guarantee supplies will be left.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, 1 dish detergent pod, 1 load of laundry detergent, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 trash bag per trash can. You are responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store the first night you arrive.

Short-term Guests Rate: 7 nights or less is $40.00 per pass. Limit of 2 passes per unit. Cash Only
Monthly Winter Guests: $40.00 per month from November 1 to March 1. If a guest has been staying monthly – November, December, January or February and their stay continues into March, their rate will continue to be $40 for the month of March. Cash Only. You will pay at the guard shack upon arrival or call 251-504-1717 for additional parking pass information.

This was first visit to Gulf Shores and we are in love. We loved everything about Ocean House II and the condo. The condo was very modern , comfortable good quality furniture and appliances . Loved everything about it. We will be back year after year ❤️

Second time here and as usual the condo was beautiful and comfortable. This is our go to place whenever we are in Gulf Shores, can’t imagine going anywhere else! We didn’t want to leave.

Perfect couples retreat

Loved the location and the beach view from the balcony was perfect. Highly recommended for two couples or a family. Our host was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We are hoping to return next year and bring our grandkids with us.

Great Vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation. The condo was beautiful and very much like a home. The condo was exceptional with all that it provided. Good access to the beach and the property was well maintained. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Beautiful view

My husband and I and our best friends stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed our time there. The location is close to so many restaurants and the beach is extremely clean. The furniture was very nice, the beds very comfortable and we loved the appliances in the kitchen. If there were any questions Carter was very quick with a response.

We appreciated the faith based decorations which gave us a peaceful feeling and we were truly blessed to be guest's in this condo. AMAZING

The property was right on the beach with a great view! We got to see dolphins from our balcony which was fun and could walk right to the beach. Host was amazing and very helpful to anything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and we were thrilled with both bedrooms having king beds not just the master. Would love to come back when the weather was warmer and would stay here again!

Girls trip

Carter was very kind and easy to work with. You couldn't ask for a better view. You can hear waves as you sleep. No stairs. Can see ocean from pool. Highly recommend, also appeared very family oriented. Enjoy the white sand and gorgeous view.

WONDERFUL!!!

I've stayed at many condos over the past 30 years and this was one of the best! Very clean and convenient! Beds were wonderful except the sofa bed....my sister had to sleep on the couch instead of the sofa bed. But it worked out ok. If you keep the smoking on the balcony rule, we may have to come back next year! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Summer Vacation

Overall our stay was pretty good .We had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. We had to walk the stairs too much because of an ongoing issue with the elevator. We found small amount of dried up food in a couple of pans when trying to cook. Received a late notification of some maintenance issues with the condo that needed repairing.

Beautifully decorated condo right on the beach

We stayed here for two months this winter and loved it! It is a lovely condo with a "beachy" vibe. There are sliding doors in the living room and also in the master bedroom that open onto the balcony. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. There is a heated pool on the property with zero entry at each end and fun little cubbies on the walkway to the beach where you can leave your flip-flops while you're walking the beautiful white sand beach. The condo is walking distance from Pier 33 - a small grocery/convenience store. It is also walking distance to several restaurants, including our favorite, DeSoto's. There is a stackable washer and dryer right in the unit so doing laundry is very convenient. We have already recommended this unit to friends and will continue to do so. The owners have been terrific to work with.

Great location.

Overall everything was good. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was very nice. Good space, (there were four of us). The kitchen faucet water flow was such that it sprayed everywhere when you used it (a regular water flow would be good). The couple that used the front bathroom/bedroom suggested hooks in the bathroom for extra towels/bathing suit hanging. The bathroom floor in back bathroom was dirty. Having a mat as you get out of the shower would be nice. Having owned a condo in South Padre Island, Texas I learned that it’s these little things that make a difference. Carter was great at responding to texts, usually within an hour or so, appreciated that. We had a great time, met some nice people. Overall rating four and a half stars!

Great condo right on the beach!

This was a great place and it was right on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice too! There are restrooms at the pool/beach level so you don’t have to go up to the room and back all the time, they were clean and well stocked too! The beds were comfy and nice size with TVs in every room. The couch was ok but it has seen some use but overall it was ok. The balcony is roomy and nice to sit out in with a direct view to the beach/water also a nice view from the master and the living room. Countertops were all nice granite, master tub/shower was good. Laundry in the kitchen was much quieter than expected. Really the only drawback of our stay was being so close to the elevator you heard it whine down all day/night. Also, the master bathroom is kind of tight because the closet is opposite the sink and you have to close the bathroom door to get into the closet and you can’t have someone at the sink while you’re getting in the closet. It was workable and really not bad - just annoying. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again.
