This our second time staying in this Boutique Hotel literally across the street from campus. It's great to be so close to our student at Baylor and an easy walk to the football game. Linda is very helpful and is there if you have any questions. It looks as good in person as it the pictures do online. Great showers, very clean and comfy and plenty of space for 4 adults. Great parking in front of the units. We already have another weekend booked for the spring!

A great weekend getaway

This condo was the perfect location for a Waco visit. It is across the street from Baylor University, Bear jogging Trail and a short walk to visit the Bears. It is a short drive to downtown to visit the Silos, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with coffee, dishes and towels and comfortable beds. I would stay here again!

Perfect Home Away from Home

These condos are the perfect home away from home. We were in Waco for the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo and loved staying here. The location is great for anything you have going on in Waco, centrally located right across from campus. Sadly, we were too busy to enjoy the quaint bistro table just outside our door. We will definitely stay here again.

Five Star Location & Living Space

Perfect place to stay if visiting Baylor, shopping Magnolia Market, touring Waco or all of the above as we did last weekend. My husband and another couple loved that we had a home-like setting to retreat to after our busy days in Waco. Full kitchen, living room with sectional and tv, 2 full bathrooms and two upstairs bedrooms... home away from home. Any questions we had were immediately answered via text. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Great Place To Stay in Waco

This is a perfect place to stay in Waco. It is right across the street from Baylor. The campus is beautiful. Lots of students but very quiet in the evenings. We cooked a few of our meals and had everything we needed in our condo. The pictures on their site are exactly what you get. Beautifully appointed room and immaculate. Will absolutely stay here again. Owner responded immediately to a few questions we had. Doesn’t get any better then this for sure. Thx Audrey!!

Perfect for our Girls Weekend!

Loved the location and the Amenities. Our contact person was Amazing!!! I took 1 star off due to how low the mattresses were. I’m only 5-3 I did make a recommendation in regards to this to our support staff. The mattress themselves are wonderful. We had a girls weekend and this place was a perfect match!!! I would highly recommend this spot!!! If we get to come back. This will be my Go To!!!! Thanks
