Renting on Topsail Island offers direct access to the best fishing in North Carolina, as well as several golf courses. Situated in the heart of Surf City on Topsail Island, Sea Coast Suites is the place to be. Sea Coast Suites is just feet away from the beautiful, blue Atlantic Ocean. Bask in the stunning sunrise just outside your door on the Oceanside balcony while you enjoy your morning coffee. This pleasant complex is just a short walk from shopping, dining, and more.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo features a living/dining room area with a flat screen tv (with cable), kitchen, storm door and central H/A. Onsite amenities include parking and an elevator. These Oceanview condos are sure to surpass your family’s needs and expectations. Begin your family’s tradition of a beach vacation here at Sea Coast Suites where you are certain to return year after year.

Complex allows up to 2 vehicles, parking is first come first serve

Linens are included with all of our properties!

Check in time 3 PM / Check out time is 10 AM.

Spacious and close to the beach

We loved the spacious living room and kitchen. The 2nd bedroom is more like a large closet but would be fine for kids. There were no towels in the bathroom, but luckily we brought our own. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

So much more than advertised

My mother and I stayed for a week. The property was very clean. There were extra sheets, blankets, towels, beach equipment. You could just bring your luggage and still be prepared for the week. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great relaxing beach getaway

The condo was cute and had everything needed: full kitchen, full bed, bunkbeds, sheets, blankets, towels, washer /dryer. 2nd bedroom with bunk beds is small and best suited for kids. The balcony has an ocean view and both bedroom windows have bay view. Friendly neighbors and seemed like overall friendly community. Beaches are dog friendly and so are many restaurants (we had 2 small dogs with us). Quiet area but a decent amount of restaurant/dining options. We had a great laid back relaxing long weekend!

Neighborhood is quite and plenty of things to do within walking distance

Walked in condo, it had a musty odor. Used Lysol spray throughout condo. Each time we went out and returned had to repeat above. Misplaced my keys, my family started helping search condo. Pulled out couch noted dust and rotten food underneath sofa. Removed cushions noted old bread and chicken bones I would not stay in this condo again because lack of cleanliness. Other wise the building itself is well kept
