This second floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium features a deck with mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, and is located one block to Lift 1A. Enjoy a formal dining area for six people, a breakfast bar that seats four people, washer/dryer in the unit, and underground parking.

Second bedroom: Two Twins (convertible to a King)
Third bedroom: Bunk bed with Full, Twin, and Trundle
Complex amenities include free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator and the unit is accessible by stairs.
Guests of 700 Monarch receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
