The space GENERAL Youāll be on the top floor of the building, so you never have to worry about noisy neighbours above you. The private outdoor balcony is tucked in and covered so you can enjoy beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains in peace.
KITCHEN Our full kitchen comes equipped with everything you could expect to have at home, from cook wear and cutlery to matching plates and cups; this kitchen has it all. The top-of-the-line appliances are also brand new, and we have a coffee station that is sure to impress, along with free sugar, cream and coffee pods. Cleaning supplies, garbage, additional garbage bags and recycling are under sink.
LIVING ROOM The living room boasts a gorgeous wall mounted entertainment shelf with a 50ā Smart TV which comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime. This entertainment center comes with Telus cable, a PS4 with a variety of games, and a separate HDMI cable is available so you can connect any devices youāre travelling with. **DO NOT tamper with the wires coming out of the entertainment shelf, and DO NOT sit on the shelf.**
The large modern sectional provides a very chic feel to a comfy space, and it even pulls out into an additional sleeping space. The pullout can also be used as a very comfortable foot rest. We provide a super soft mattress topper to make this space a perfect extra bed that can comfortably sleep 2 more people, there ās also extra pillows in the bedroom.
The head rests on the sectional adjust for your comfort level, and the two corner head rests lift up for storage. One of the storage compartments contains a USB plug so you can easily charge your phone while youāre lounging on the couch.
BEDROOM Our bedroom is made for comfort, with a brand new Sealy Optimum Grand Posturepedic mattress. These types of mattresses are built to keep you cool and comfortable while sleeping so you can get the rest you need.
This comfy oversized bed is taller than most, but we provide a convenient step stool with a handle to help get in and out of the bed if needed. The bed has tons of drawers so you can conveniently store your clothing and other items, while the nightstand lamps are fitted with USB chargers for easy charging of your devices while you sleep, all you need is your charging cable!
A 40ā wall mounted TV completes the bedroom, which also comes with Telus cable, Netflix and more. The bedroom also has a walk through closet that goes straight to the bathroom.
BATHROOM Our full bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo and comes with moisturizing shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The bathroom can easily be accessed from the kitchen or the bedroom closet, and both entrances have pocket doors that lock.
OFFICE The clean and uncluttered office space makes our place perfect for those who are travelling for business, or simply those who need to get some work done while they are away. Sliding doors come together to provide a peaceful and quiet space to focus and accomplish any tasks you need to get done.
LAUNDRY We have an in suite washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets so you can keep your clothing fresh and clean while travelling. The laundry room storage rack also has spare towels so you always have extras of anything you need.
BALCONY The closed in balcony is one of the best features of our space. Top floor, covered, private, and views of the Rocky Mountains when weather permits. Thereās two chairs and a table so you can even eat outside when itās nice. Smoking is permitted on the balcony but only if the door is closed shut, and only if the provided ashtray is used. Discarding cigarette butts off the balcony is prohibited and can result in a fine.

⢠Keyfob must be left on the island when you leave, otherwise there will be a $150 replacement fee.
⢠Self check in with smart lock so no need to worry about key for door (code will be given on day of arrival).
⢠Garbage room key is attached to key fob so you can access the main garbage room in the middle of the parking lot. Garbage and recycling can be discarded here.

From start to finish, the owner was wonderful at communicating and in ensuring that we had an amazing stay!
The home was very clean and cozy. It smelled so good.
So much thought went into hosting guests. There were many Keurig cups of different varieties, an abundance of towels and face cloths, laundry soap and dryer sheets, as well as many phone chargers throughout the home. So much thought and care!
The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was lovely.
I would definitely recommend this home for anyone who wants a quiet and clean place to stay and we will absolutely be staying here again when we come to visit family here!
