Lovely, warm home, very well equipped with all necessities and more. Beautiful location on the river. Owners were able to accommodate us with an early check-in and delayed departure time which were much appreciated. I would gladly stay here again.

My family and I stayed here with two other families. The house and location was perfect. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Everyone had a great time and the kids didn't want to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed house with a beautiful view. There’s a little problem with the bathroom shower floor blockage but it was quickly fixed with the timely response thank you! House is very clean and with plenty supplies. Beds are very comfortable.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here for our son’s wedding at Breckenridge Barn. The house was absolutely perfect for our whole family and had every amenity we needed…it was like a home away from home. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and around the fire pit looking at the beautiful view. The grandkids especially loved fishing off the pier and even caught some yellow perch.The location was so convenient to town and only 15 minutes to the wedding venue.Betty and Leah were wonderful hosts and answered all of our questions immediately. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!💕

We absolutely love this house! A group of 8 of us ~ late 50s ~ went last year and booked it again this year. The house is stocked with more than my own house! From the kitchen to the bathrooms ~ there is more than you could ever need. The yard is gorgeous - the dock so peaceful - the fire pit area is a favorite. I just can't say enough about how amazing this house is. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Girls Weekend

We wanted a quiet place by the water to celebrate our friend's next chapter. This was the best house right on the water and close to cute downtown Cambridge, MD. Would totally recommend and hope to come back in the summer to swim/kayak!

Great stay!

We stayed in this beautiful property for a weekend of bike riding in Cambridge. The place was very accurately described in the listing, very clean, nice bathrooms, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Great view of the river from the living room We even enjoyed the kayaks and a late Sept swim in the Choptank.

Amazing athlete experience

Our triathlon team stayed at this lovely house for a training weekend. Betty was wonderful in getting us set up and made us feel very at home. The property was perfect for us- great bedrooms with room to relax after hard training, a fantastic communal space and kitchen to gather, and the yard and dock were PERFECT for open water swimming, stretching, and other workout drills that we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back next year!

OUTSTANDING RENTAL!!! TEN STARS!!

We are a group of mid 50s ladies that went to Jr High and High School together. We do an annual "girls" trip and usually head to Deep Creek Lake or Ocean City where some of us own second homes. We decided to switch things up this year and found this amazing rental. From the moment we walked in the door and saw the lovely note and goodies that were left for us - to the beautiful decor and gorgeous bedrooms. There was absolutely nothing missed in this rental. Kitchen fully stocked AND MORE!!! The backyard and cozy firepit with comfy chairs! Gorgeous water view and brand new dock/pier! Beautiful landscaping. Comfortable beds - relaxing family room area. I have rented a lot of places, and this is my #1! Some of the ladies had to miss this year so we may just have to come back so they can experience this outstanding home.

Five Star Darling Cozy River Getaway

We stayed four nights with 8 adults. The property is just as it looks, very cozy and loaded with everything you need from multiple towels to toys for the kids and kayaks for the river. The decor is beautiful! We had coffee in the morning on the new dock, cooked out and had dinner on the deck and enjoyed football on the comfy couch. Kitchen stocked to the hills. Owner is a pleasure to work with. Great location, we could walk everywhere. Highly recommend. Would love to go back.

Easter Get Away

My family loved the rental. Bathrooms are all new, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. My only recommendation is removing the coffee table in the master bedroom. We needed to use the sleeper sofa and had a pack n play in the room, so very crowded.

Winter Weekend with Friends

This is a great house for a get away from the city on the Choptank River. It is not that far from the greater DMV area and it feels like your in the country. The house is lovely, the owner is wonderful to work with, and it is kid and adult friendly. I recommend it.

Relaxing and Beautiful Cottage

We stayed here for the Maryland Ironman weekend, and the property was gorgeous and perfect for working from home, having a view of the river and for getting to the site. The outdoor space was great, as well as the welcome package and amenities. Everything was perfect, including all the rooms and big king beds. My friends were even able to take the kayaks out for a little bit. Really great property and grateful for the availability.

Beautiful Home and Relaxing view

Highly recommended this house and place! Quiet and accessible. Me and my friends (3 families) thankful we found this place, Grown ups and kids had fun especially in the mini beach at the backyard access, kayaking and fishing but no crabs during our stay but still fine. Walmart and other food groceries are near by even restaurants are accessible. Super relaxing house with ocean view in the backyard. Walking around neighborhood was also fun, you can walk in the bridge-fishing pier or there's was a museum too. Thank you for letting us stay hopefully next time we can comeback! Families from NJ
