Cypress Bend 1113 Cute Condo

Cypress Bend #1113 is located on the first floor of Building 11 in Barefoot Resort. This lovely updated 2BR/2BA has all new flooring throughout and has been nicely decorated with new furniture too. The kitchen has everything you need and has all new stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with the cooking tools, pots and pans that you will need to cook your favorite meals. And it has a Keurig for
your coffee! The dining room has plenty of seating and is great for family meals. The living area is comfortable and spacious with 2 couches. The living room has a new 40" Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The patio is right off the living room and has the perfect view of the Norman Golf Course.

The Primary bedroom has a king swing bed and a large Flat Screen TV to enjoy. The TV has been updated to a Smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom too. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of space for your luggage. There is another full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a stackable washer/dryer for your use too.

Barefoot Resort is home to 4 Championship Golf Courses so let us know if you are interested in golfing. We can give you the information needed to book your tee times. Cypress Bend has a great community pool to use and a charcoal grill area if you like to cook out. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach or Barefoot Landing if you don't want to drive. You also have access to the North Tower Pool with a pool pass if you want to enjoy another pool area.

Barefoot Landing is located right across the Waterway and has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions to enjoy. Check out the latest band at The House of Blues or watch a show at the Alabama Theater. Enjoy a beer at the Crooked Hammock or have a glass of wine at Duplin Winery. Check out the many restaurants in the area! There are so many things to do, you will have to come back year after year to experience all the activities.

This property is non-smoking, no pets, no golf carts and no motorcycles are allowed. There is a 3 night minimum stay in the off season.

All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay!! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!

One was updated with newer design, furniture, appliances, etc. The other was old and dated with uncomfortable beds, old appliances and dated decor. It was fine, but I wouldn't stay there again. Too many other nicer options.

It was ok, your bedspread in the master bedroom were dirty and stained with food, your patio rug needs to be replace, it's molded with mildew as well. Your house is nice and beautiful. We will come down again.

Surprises

1. All shower curtains were moldy. 2. Main bathroom had a hair clogged sink 3. Had to go out and buy toilet paperon day 2 4. Freezer was not cleared of previous tenants bag of soda . 2 of the cans exploded in the freezer. 5. Mattress queensize was sagging and lumpy.

Almost Perfect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was well kept and maintained. It was clean, well decorated and the kitchen was well -stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The screened patio area was a lovely space to sit and relax. Overall, the unit was a lovely home away from home. The only reason we did not rate this unit a five, and the only reason we would not recommend this unit to a friend is the quality of the mattresses on the beds in the unit. Sleeping on the all the beds was like sleeping on a concrete box spring and made for a poor night’s sleep. By the second day, everyone complained of backaches and complained about the beds the entire stay. In my opinion, if the owner would invest in better mattresses for this unit, or at least quality padded mattress toppers, this unit would be perfect!
