Property and house are very well kept and clean. Driveway was very accessible for my boat trailer which is 35' long. We always enjoy the area and time on Cayuga and Keuka Lakes. Only item that could be better is the mini-split AC system.

Super vacation getaway!

This rental house is immaculate, all new and the area location is beautiful. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. All the amenities you could ask for are provided ( Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee, it blew me away). Super nice place!

Great stay at the Finger Lakes

We really enjoyed this property. The house itself was clean and tastefully decorated. It was located on a quiet country road and a quick drive to Cayuga Lake and downtown Seneca Falls. We towed our kayaks, and there was room in the driveway for our trailer. The owners live in an apartment above the garage. Rochelle was attentive and responsive in her communication.We love this area. We would stay at this property again.

Great home base to fish Cayuga lake

I was in town to fish the Hobie BOS kayak fishing tournament. This property was a perfect home base for the weekend. Nice big driveway to easily park a boat trailer. Just a few min from the Cayuga park boat launch. The host Rochelle was great too and made sure my caffeine needs were met.

Girls weekend

This was a last minute reservation and we were not disappointed . We came for The wonderful Life festivities . It was close to town so traveling back and forth was great . Tastefully decorated, comfy beds , lots of towels and well equipped kitchen . Great communication with the hosts , they even had a bottle of wine chilled for our arrival . Peaceful and very clean . We truly enjoyed our stay !

So THIS is where you go to find some peace!

Love visiting this Seneca Falls retreat - my second trip here. Clean, open, bright and out of the way. Owners are thoughtful and obliging. It's nice to step out onto the deck at dusk and experience a minimum of human racket. I was vacationing to do some cycling much further west, but it was worth the commuting to come back to this home in the country.

The home is beautiful. Owner onsite but never intrusive. Nice touches like a few snacks and coffee. Well furnished kitchen with a dining table and island. Comfortable living room seating for at least 3 (3 seat couch and recliner) It's on the outskirts of Seneca Falls surrounded by farmland. Very peaceful. A vehicle is definitely needed.I would absolutely stay again. Note: No TV in the house. If you need one bring a smart TV and use the wifi.

Beautiful Home

The house looks newly renovated. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality cooking pans and utensils. There is a spice rack and a basket of snacks. There was a bottle of wine for us in the refrigerator. The bath had lots of good quality towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable. The house is not far from the town of Seneca Falls, but it is in the country so nice and quiet at night. The only thing we missed was a television, but the wifi was excellent so we watched movies on our computer.

Great stay - Peaceful and Spotless!

The serenity of the area, the cleanliness of the property, and the attention to detail of the home and the grounds stood out for me. I felt immediately relaxed here. It is a sensation that is difficult to relate: I live in a small city on the rural border, but staying at this beautiful home was an experience. Sometimes I would just put a chair out in the yard at dusk, bring a book and read in the quiet under the Japanese maple. I witnessed sunrises and sunsets that had me scrambling for the camera. The owner was responsive to queries, and generous in hospitality. I've been working my way slowly westward, vacation-by-vacation, to bike the Erie Canalway Trail and so have had little reason to revisit my prior stopovers, but this is a different category - a destination in itself and I will return.
