The place was very comfortable and quiet with a back porch looking out onto the beautiful farmlands. The location been Seneca and Cayuga Lakes made it perfect for all the activities the region had to offer. It was wonderful!

Wonderful place and jus the right size for our family of three. We used it as a home base for the week as we traveled around the Finger Lakes daily. The house was as described in the listing and had everything we needed. The hosts were great and very communicative.

Our host Dawn was great. Her communication is spot on. She always answers when you reach out. The accommodations were comfortable. We liked that she had a Keurig and she supplied some pods.It was really close to all the wineries. It is a great place to stay.

Very clean and accommodating to our needs. There was a fly problem due to being so close to a farm and the water was well water with a sulfur smell.

Excellent Value

My husband and I stayed for four nights and found this property to be an excellent value overall. It was comfortable, well outfitted, free of unwanted fragrances or smells, good Wi-Fi, with a terrific HVAC system, great well water and nice pressure for the master shower, in a quiet, peaceful, pastoral setting. Wishes for our next stay are more attention to cleaning all the floors and more than two windows with screens to let fresh air in.

Super Host and Hostess

My husband, son and I traveled separately. They arrived a day early and were able to go ahead and check in. Met the host and hostest, very nice people. The house is well stocked and clean. Bonus having access to a washer and dryer. Beautiful setting and perfect location.

Amazing country cute house

Beautiful views and a great stay! Dawn was an awesome host, her house had all the amenities you could need, it was super clean and cozy! We loved watching the amazing sunrise each morning on the back deck, not to mention the bed was super comfortable and we were able to get a great nights rest! I would highly recommend this stay if your looking for a cozy country quite get away in the finger lakes!!

Weekend in the finger lakes

Dawn’s place was in a beautiful area with convenient access to the finger lakes. We went to visit wineries and everything was less than 30 minutes away. The house was clean and well stocked, minus some toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. Parking and check in were super easy, and Dawn was very responsive!

Peaceful getaway near the Finger Lakes

My stay was very nice. The house is tucked away in farm land near finger lakes. Inside was very clean and had anything we would need. Ran out of time to enjoy the fire pit perched in front of a very nice view of the countryside. (maybe next time). Overall, was very a nice and hassle free stay at this VRBO location!

If you like out of the way places to stay with beautiful sunrises and sunset, this is it. You'll hear a rooster in the morning along with chickens running around next door. 😀

Everything about the place was great! Easy check in, house had all the essentials plus a TON of towels, and we loved our sunrise coffee on the back deck. Far enough away from the wine trails but not too far. Highly recommend and we will be returning in the spring.

It is my joy to be able to share this area with travelers seeking to explore the Finger Lakes. An artist friend of mine once shared that the light between these majestic lakes is "special, unique, and different", and I agree. You can see colors that perhaps you've never experienced before!

The open space and views over the farm land, the horses and mules, Amish farming, sunrise, sunset, star-gazing, bicycling and easy driving to countless parks, historical places, restaurants, and many, many wineries!

Two Bedrooms with queen size beds are located at each either end of the house, each with it's own full bath, offering enhanced privacy. Windows are many, and even rainy days can't obscure the amazing views as you relax in the living room. You have acres of land to wander around, and you can traverse the Nature Walk around the property. Have your coffee as the sun rises and dine on the deck if weather permits.
