What a cute guesthouse in the woods! Not far from campus or downtown Clemson. I enjoyed the sounds and sights of nature around the guesthouse. Super comfy beds and the rental had everything we needed! Will definitely be back in the years to come.

Cozy cottage

We just loved staying in this cozy cottage! It’s set up so well and equipped perfectly with everything you’ll need. Bed is super comfortable and bathroom has nice hot shower. We’ll definitely book here again!

Ball Game & Birthday Celebrations

Perfect quiet weekend with Clemson, daughter and cat

This was an excellent day, very quiet neighborhood, but still only minutes from the university and everything else. Our host was very responsive, communicative and friendly! The space was clean and modern. We will definitely stay here again

The property was lovely overall. Only things was when we got inside there was a strong smell of cat urine. Seems like a previous tenant put there cat in the bathroom and it urinated on somewhere. We let the host know once we left so I sure they had it it cleaned up. Overall the stay was great. Beds and linens very clean!

Perfect little house

We loved our little bungalow tucked away in a beautiful secluded area yet so close to the University. The place was perfect for the 2 of us, super clean, comfortable and the only tricky thing was the driveway. Will definitely be back again!

College drop off home base

We were in town for a few nights to move our child into college. This was a nice getaway. Away from the hustle, and bustle, but not far at all from it all. We will certainly stay here again on when we come to visit..

Favorite Place to Stay

We have stayed at Sinatra’s Villa a couple of times now, and it’s among our favorite accommodations in the Clemson area. Everything you need, in a quiet area, with close proximity to the university. Always appreciate the kind communication from the host. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. This last visit, I left an item behind and the host was so accommodating to make sure I retrieved it. Thank you! We look forward to future stays!
