This large, modern and stylish holiday home sits on a large lifestyle block close to Mangawhai Village and the Heads. With all day sun and beautiful views over rolling countryside, it is an idyllic setting to get away from it all while still being close to the action. With lots of space and great entertaining options both inside and out, it is great for multiple families to holiday together. The four bedroom, two bathroom house sleeps 10 and separate to the house is a cute as a button cabin for those who want a quiet get away space (Please note the cabin doesn't have its own bathroom).
A jewel in the crown of this property is its outdoor entertaining, with large deck and outdoor dining table, a covered deck with large fireplace and pizza oven, and a relaxing hot tub. The large grassed area out front is great for the kids to burn off some energy and for summer games.
After a day at the beach this is a fantastic oasis to retire to, particularly when Mangawhai is at its busiest. On cooler nights bask in the warmth of the stunning gas fireplace inside or enjoy the outdoor fire. If the weather isn't so flash the Smart TV has Netflix and Neon. There is also plenty of parking space for cars and boats.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Mangawhai under two hours from Auckland. Grab you friends and family for a truly memorable stay.
NB:
1. Please be aware that as a rural property, there are unfenced water hazards on this property and adjacent properties. It is your responsibility to assess the suitability of this property for your group and small children must be supervised at all times whilst outside.
2. The top bunks are suitable for children only due to the access.
3. There is a camera that views the driveway to prevent issues with theft, there are no cameras recording any other areas on the property.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).

The clear waters of the estuary provide safe family swimming, and the secluded white sand beaches of Te Arai and Pakiri are a short drive away.
