- 10 minutes by bike from the Grau du Roi beaches and the Espiguette beach;

This villa will offer you:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, double glazing, electric shutters;
- 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets;
- 1 large open kitchen, fully equipped, oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, 2-burner gas hob, washing machine and dryer;
- 1 living room, 1 convertible sofa, a leather living room, 1 large color TV, a stereo and wifi
- 1 unheated indoor pool and 1 inflatable spa for 6 people
- 1 garden furniture
- 1 covered terrace
- 1 terrace with table and armchairs, gas barbecue and electric covers
The villa is fully air conditioned and fenced with 1 electric gate.
It offers a vehicle space in the garage and a space between the gate and the garage entrance.
There is also a second gate for access to the garden / terrace so your pet can be outside safely.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental (additional charge and on request: € 15 for a large bed, € 10 for a small bed and € 5 per person for a set of towels)
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the rental price (€ 90 extra)
We accept holiday vouchers and your pet is also welcome (no extra charge).
A deposit of € 800 is to be returned by check not cashed on the day of arrival.
We are present to welcome you and live 10 minutes from the house.

Why they chose this property

I have been living in this villa for 25 years, because I love the sea and the Camargue, and I can go sailing every day, I can play golf, I like to go cycling with my mountain bike in Camargue, hiking along the lake, to savour sea products (fish and shellfish) and I love being able to do all of that locally.

What makes this property unique

This recent villa is located in a very quiet housing estate. It is built with modern materials; as a result it is very well isolated: double glazing, no noise, electric opening/closing system, very comfortable. I wanted a large room (100 m²), with the living room, the dining area and the kitchen opening onto terraces: 1 with the heated pool, 1 other, covered, in the garden. Large garage and 2 outdoors car park.
