Amazing stay!

We had a fantastic weekend in Conroe at this beautiful lake condo! This property is gorgeous, well appointed, has comfy beds and of course a perfect location. In addition to all that, the host is incredible!!! We will definitely be back when the weather warms up for good!!

Comfy Home with Great Views

My family stayed at this rental and it was perfect. Had everything we needed on site and was centrally located near shops/restaurants/grocery stores. Yhe lake was an added plus for my son who loves to fish! The Property Manager was extra communicative and helpful both before and throughout the entire stay. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing place!

We were coming in with family for a wedding. We had friends at another unit and they ended up spending most of their time with us because ours was so much nicer. We brought in food for a family BBQ and this was a great spot to entertain. Steve was amazing as property manager. We ended with having an injury and had to extend our stay and everything worked out great. Keeping this one in my favorites for future trips to the area. And did. I mention that it is lake front with a great view?

Highly recommend! Clean, updated, spacious. We loved it!

First, it really is right on the lake. Gorgeous view all day from big sliding doors. The whole house is nicely updated. All the bedrooms are nice sized. The master bed was very comfortable with a private bath. Up stairs one room has 2 queen beds and the other one has a queen and a couch. We only had 4 people but you could sleep 8-10 pretty easily. The owner was very nice and responsive And check in/ out was easy. I’d love to come back when I have more time to enjoy the lake.

The house was well kept and updated. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. What a view from the house and patio. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and fishing from the bulkhead in front of the house. Steve our contact was very courteous and even came by to check on us the first evening. As I mentioned, my lakefront townhouse over in Key Harbour is being remodeled, and I needed a place to stay for a couple of days to show family around. The lakefront townhouse was perfect, and the easiest check-in and check-out process I've ever experienced. I'm sure that the lockbox having the same combination as the last four digits of my phone number was just a coincidence... first time I've seen that trick.Regardless, thanks for a great stay!

Excellent lake side property

The rental unit was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. The rental contact was very responsive and eager to help in any way. The even offered a late checkout for our convenience, which was perfect since my parents are somewhat feeble and don’t get around very easily. My son caught a nice catch fish right from the lakeside behind the unit. The view was amazing and the owners even provided some snacks and games for our use. Extremely pleased with the rental and would love to return if I’m ever back in the area. The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities were exactly as described.

Great Stay! - Beautiful Condo - Wonderful Setting on the Lake!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was just as presented in the pictures. Very clean. . .one of the cleanest VRBO properties that we've stayed at. Kitchen had all the necessities and more for cooking meals. Owners were extremely helpful with questions we had. The weather wasn't so great for part of the time so we had a great time playing Dominos and other games around the table. We found these games in the upstairs bedroom closet. We even squeezed in a hike at the Sam Houston National Forest. Beautiful! There was a little confusion with the property manager over if there were additional costs connected to utilizing some of the club facilities but the property owners called us directly to clarify which was really appreciated. Perhaps a bit of clarification in the VBRO write up as to what is included and what areas will specifically require passes and incur additional dollars would be helpful. Only other minor suggestion I could make is adding some hooks in the upstairs bedrooms for hanging bath towels as these two bedrooms share one bathroom. A later checkout was requested and provided which we really appreciated as it was Easter Sunday. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our family. If we are ever back in the Lake Conroe area we would definitely stay here again.
