THIS GORGEOUS VILLA has direct Gulf Access and boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, BRAND NEW screen cage enclosure, heated pool with outside kitchen and shower!!! The Outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with grill and cooler. The lanai features a full size pool table, and the garage has a hocky game! Relax by the canal, go fishing off the wall, or take the kayaks out on a family adventure. There is Plenty to do at Villa Tranquility by the Seas!!
This Villa Boast Classy European modern style kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, tiled through out the house, high tray ceilings with special LED lighting, installed fire place and TV in living room. Villa Tranquility by the Seas has over 2000 square feet of tasteful decor, this villa is perfect for many hours of restful, fun & memorable moments with your family.
The master suite features a Florida King bed - 80" x 108" ! This can comfortably sleep 3-4 - great for small families! This room also boasts a 50" 4K Smart TV - making it a great place to snuggle up and watch your favorite movies together! The otherr guest bedrooms are all well appointed with comfortable beds and nuetral decor. All the bathrooms are spacious and bright - providing all the necessary conveniences.
Relax outdoors by the pool and soak up some Florida sun as you enjoy the serene canal views. Take a splash in the pool or shoot a game of pool. Grill up dinner poolside or enjoy an evening glass of wine as you are mesmerized by the evening sunsets.
