Great vacation home

The home was very clean and extremely comfortable. Pool was warm and the wildlife was great! Well stocked but could use a few more frying pans. We would for sure stay again.

Christmas vacation

Very happy with our stay. The house layout was perfect for us and our adult children. The pool heated up nicely every day. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. A restful stay!

Little Piece of Heaven

We enjoyed this property more than any other we have stayed at. Perfect for a relaxing little get away. The house is something out of a magazine and had everything we needed. We never left the house other than to go to dinner and shop, and loved the quiet atmosphere to unwind and unplug for a few days. The host, Melissa, was very kind and quick to respond whenever we had a question or concern. This will be at the top of our wish list to do again!!

Beautiful Home

This property is Absolutely gorgeous , My family & I enjoyed our stay . Very clean and they have the best property manager . I accidentally locked us out of the property and the manager had us back in within 10-15 mins . Very pleased with our first vacation experience and will gladly be coming back . Our vacation house

Amazing house for six..

We had a great family time, we feel very lucky to get such a beautiful home, everything was brand new. the house was spotless, and have everything needed to enjoy vacations, beach chairs, cooler, fishing gear, clean pool and BBQ .We enjoyed the close shops and nice beaches.. a definitely time to remember.. communication was fast and efficient. Melissa was great to reply quickly when we had questions..

Lovely Comfortable Home

We really enjoyed our recent 2 week stay in this home in Cape Coral. The new home was centrally located and was absolutely spotless. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the decor and layout of the home was great, and the owners had thought of every possible detail to make our stay comfortable. We found the owners to be very obliging and easy to communicate with. We had one small request that they helped with immediately. We were very pleased with our overall experience and highly recommend this lovely home.

Christmas 2024

Highly recommend. Our family connected for the Christmas holiday from 3 different states. Was fantastic to arrive to this great home which was exactly as advertised. Comfy beds. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed for our holiday dinner, and the open concept which made it easy to enjoy our days together. Loved the cable TV, which is rare these days. Made it easy for us to enjoy game day with our Detroit Lions. The outdoor area was perfect for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying some pool time. Not to mention family games. The location was perfect.

Beautiful home

The home was clean, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed. We were lucky enough to enjoy an abundance of wildlife right out the back door in the canal. We saw many types of big Iguana, playful river otters, fish, turtles, wood ducks, herron, baby frogs and an assortment of birds. My kids loved being able to put a fishing pole in the water, even though we didnt have any luck. Sadly there is still a lot of devastation in the area from the hurricane. We were able to drive to other places to enjoy. Would return again to this home.

Love in paradise

We rented the “Gone Coastal” house so we could get married on Sanibel Island…we fell totaling in love with this house, it was beyond our expectations, it has anything you could possibly need in the kitchen to cook with, the beach decor is beautiful and very tasteful, the master bath is amazing as is the rest of the house…and lets not forget about the pool area, we loved it, my husband fished off the dock and caught a peacock bass. The wildlife around the house was so cool to see there were rabbits who by the way love strawberries, there were iguanas and our favorite were the burrowing owls they were so cool. Anyone wanting to rent a place in Cape Coral I highly recommend this house you won’t regret it and it’s between sanibel island and Fort Myers.

Quite place to escape spring break

We spent two weeks here in Mar 2024. At that time the house was only a couple of years old and was in excellent condition. Cleaning crew did a great job. We have stayed in Cape Coral several times and they were by far the best. The house was supplied quite well with high quality items which were well organized The house was nicely appointed. Pool was a consistent 88° and the salt water really did wonders for our skin. Loved hanging out and watching the occasional boat float by. House is located in a residential area and is pretty quite but a car is necessary. Not much within walking distance and no public transport. Bottom line : we would love to return

We were staying in the area for vacation & relaxation only and this home gave us the perfect spot for that. The home is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Whoever cleans the house does it extremely well. I am picky and noticed that even the throw blankets in the living room area were all freshly cleaned. There were little things that I think could have put this stay over the top, like providing extra trash bags would have been nice, and we bought ice cream only to find out there was no scoop. Little things that in the big scheme were not a big deal at all, but if they were thought of - I would have called this one perfect! We have marked this home as one we will return to & hopefully soon!

Week with Grandkids!

Everything in this “coastal breeze” house made you feel you were on a tropical island with its over the top decor! Enough room for our group of 6 to spread out and maneuver comfortably throughout. Everything was spotless! Kitchen had every amenity you’d need (except rolling pin which we purchased to make Easter cut out cookies!) Pool was spacious and we all enjoyed the wildlife we could see while out there, especially the family of iguanas that appeared daily. Loved the outdoor table under shade where we ate most of our meals, played games, did craft projects and dyed Easter eggs. Had a couple questions and got immediate responses from Melissa which was very much appreciated. Only two recommendations for improvement, bars on the shower walls and pool should have been warmer. (Melissa did come adjust once for us but still not warm enough for kids) Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean, convenient and cozy

The house was very clean and accommodating. The house was decorated very nicely and uniquely, we felt like we were in our own little resort. The amenities were very accommodating. The kitchen and outdoor grill had everything we needed to have dinner in the outside dining area 5 out of our 7 nights there! We could tell that the hosts went above and beyond with towels, area rugs, throw blankets to make their guests feel like it was their home away from home. We also appreciated the TV, we were enjoyed watching March Madness of NCAA men and women, it was nice to come in for the night and have everything easily accessible and understandable to navigate. The fishing gear was absolutely perfect for our 13-year-old son to enjoy fishing almost daily for at least 2-3 hours a day!! We loved the wildlife, the variety of fish, the birds, the turtles, the iguanas, and the burrowing owls. The location started off a little shaky with some neighbors across the street, but they ended up vacated a few days after we got there, we walked the neighborhood a couple different days otherwise. The pool appeared to need a better filtration system; however, the temperature was appropriate, and the salt water treated our skin much better than regular chlorine pools, definitely a bonus! We would highly recommend this home away from home to anyone wanting to visit Cape Coral, this is our 4th time visiting Cape Coral and would highly consider coming back to this home. Thanks for a great week!!

Perfect vacation home

We had a fun stay in the house, loved the pots and pans. I especially appreciated the keurig coffee maker. The pool was well kept and a perfect temperature. Melissa was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly.

Winter holiday

Property pretty new, very clean, nicely equipped and as described - screened porch missing though (due to Ian probably) other than in the pictures. Location at a not so interesting canal in a mixed neighborhood.

Top notch property

The pictures for this property are exactly what we encountered when staying here for a week in late July. The house was immaculate and well appointed/decorated. Loved the pool and fishing in the canal. This property has set the bar high for future VRBOs! If we ever travel back to this area, we will certainly stay here again.
